Probably the best place to eat traditional Mexican food in the area, everything is good, the service is good and as a bonus you can find what you're looking for if you want gluten-free options.
Charming spot in Montreal with a lovely vibe, perfect for a cozy visit and a great selection of unique desserts.

I basically look forward to coming here every time I visit Montreal (from southern Ontario). Love the location. It's such a cute cafe. And I was pleasantly surprised to find 3 gluten free desserts. And a delicious salad nicouse. And I always appreciate friendly service in Montreal.

Charming spot with a cozy patio for relaxing, offering a range of organic goodies and unique drinks, but it wraps up early at 3pm.

The place is nice with a patio in the back, just a shame it closes early at 3pm. Staff is very friendly, you can buy a few organic cereals/jams/beers/chocolate and gifts. They have a gluten-free brownie and the matcha latte is great but their filtered coffee is quite light/watered down so better to get an allongé.
This particular shop has the BEST staff. The people here are so nice and so patient. I forget his name but one guy is CGI and knows so much about the GF products and what's next to come. If there's a gluten free sample, he immediately offers my son a taste
I've only run into an out of stock issue once with something that was on sale. I paid for it upfront a d they called me when it arrived, packaged up and ready to go. The other shop I used to go to would never. They'd apologize and tell me to come back another time without even telling when the next delivery was (despite my asking)
Worth the small detour.
Great selection of fruits, veg, & staples, including lots of gluten free options

Great spot! Varied and interesting drink collection. Not your typical dep with "standard" chips and beer, but has enough of that to satisfy. Good selection of Quebec made, obscure brands, and alternative options if you’re vegan, gluten-free, or other dietary choices. I like the foul sandwich very much! Reasonable prices for a quick lunch too.
