This place is so great. It is basically like a smaller Sprouts. It has lots of organic, vegan, gluten free, dairy free options. They have personal hygiene items, make up, creams, homeopathic items, all kinds of great stuff. They have a great pre made foods section too if you wanna stop in and grab lunch. They also have dispensers were you can get items in bulk. I love this place and would definitely recommend!

The store itself is pretty clean and the checkers are friendly... minus two stars because they're so much more expensive than other grocery stores in the area! Good place to go if you're looking for gluten free items. Other than that, I mostly stick to Fred Meyer's.
Went out of their way to look for gluten-free bread for me. Employees who care. The store is a bit dim and moldy and sometimes sparse as befitting Seward.
They have a ton of gluten free groceries if you need them, including breads, pasta, snacks and more!

This Carrs is very clean and modern looking which isn't surprising as it is one of the most recently remodeled locations around town. The employees here are generally easy to find and knowledgeable as well as friendly and they also have a good selection of items including gluten free and vegan options as well as fresh made sushi. Overall an excellent place to get your grocery shopping done.
The only downside to the location is that due to the area, you may get asked for a cigarette or change in the parking lot. But even though it can be an inconvenience, most of the people asking are pretty harmless and will leave you along after saying 'no'.
