I have had the pleasure of visiting Healthy Living Market & Cafe multiple times, and each visit has left a lasting impression. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, offering a wide range of healthy options from salads and wraps to hearty bowls and sandwiches. Their menu caters to various dietary preferences, with plenty of vegan, gluten-free, and organic choices. One standout is their smoothie bar, where you can customize your drink with an assortment of fresh fruits, veggies, and add-ins.
The service is always friendly and efficient. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and quick to offer suggestions if you're unsure about what to order. I have never had to wait long, and they take care to ensure the food is prepared just the way you want it.
The ambiance is another highlight. The cafe has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with plenty of natural light streaming in from large windows. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a meal, whether you're dining solo, with friends, or even for a casual business meeting. The market side of the store is well-organized and stocked with high-quality products, from local produce to natural health supplements, making it a great one-stop shop for health-conscious consumers.
Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or spending time there to enjoy the ambiance, Healthy Living Market & Cafe is a must-visit for anyone in the area looking for healthy, flavorful food with excellent service.
Absolutely loved this place. Very accommodating to every dietary need. They love to customize their creations to meet your needs; the chefs love the creative challenge. My wife's has sensitivities to gluten, dairy and fat and they created exactly what she needed and she loved it!
I have a severe gluten allergy. There were refrigerated and pre-packaged foods here that I was able to eat. I'm not sure what their ability is to accommodate a severe gluten allergy in their prep space (it's a small kitchen with lots of shared spaces) - but would love to hear from them so I could feel comfortable eating here next time I'm in town!
Best Breakfast Deli in Burlington. I wish there were delivery options available, because this is so much better than Kountry Kart Deli. Gluten Free bread is available for an additional charge.
Expect thick, meaty sandwiches that leave a lasting impression, but be ready for less-than-stellar service and questionable bathroom conditions.

Great sandwich! Would come back for another sandwich. Thick, meaty, delicious. Gluten free options too!
Service wasn’t friendly, except for one helpful older gentleman. Seriously, I never felt like someone was so upset to take my order for a sandwich.
Also, the bathrooms ‘porta potties’ were nasty and out of hand sanitizer.

Great store. Lately I've been picking up sushi and rolls from the special counter where you can watch it made fresh. Inexpensive, I'm in and out and bring my son the carpenter lunch so we can visit on his break. Great Gluten Free and non-dairy options, and many local VT products!!!
Quirky specialty sandwiches, a cool outdoor seating area, and a selection of local goods make this spot a fun visit!

We go often to order sandwiches. They have a bunch of options for specialty sandwiches with fun names like the Vermonter or the Smokey. They are happy to swap out ingredients if you wish or build a sandwich from scratch. They also have gluten-free bread which is a huge bonus! It's a store with various grocery, gift, local goods, alcohol, etc. as well. Nice outside lawn area and picnic tables to sit and eat. As far as I can tell, I don't believe there is a bathroom. At least there's no sign for one anywhere and I've looked all around several times because I really could've used it!

This was a fantastic grocery store. They had basic things but also higher quality choices like organic and gluten-free items. We were staying several nights in town and wanted to cook dinner and found everything that we needed and wanted and more. They had a decent wine selection, too. The staff was friendly and we felt that they were priced very comparable to a regular grocery store.
A cozy lunch spot with daily homemade soups, a solid sandwich selection, and a mix of groceries and drinks to enjoy.

The deli is my favorite lunch stop. Great variety and homemade soups daily. They also provided gluten free bread for one of my clients. "Jersey Jammer" is my favorite hot sandwich. Good selection of "libations" and groceries.

Nice little store, here on vacation and was surprised they had some good gluten free bread. Produce looked nice, staff were helpful. I've been seeing reviews about people not wearing masks, but it looked like they were. These branch covidians are really getting kooky.

They had everything we needed including gluten free items. The staff was very friendly.
Clean, well stocked, spacious, and not too busy/adequately staffed. I've only been there twice so far, but the service has been great (cashier noticed a bottle of kombucha had a cracked cap at check out), and I've never had to wait in line long to check out. Good selection of organics, gluten free, local and craft beer, etc.
Affordable and delicious with a dedicated owner presence, this neighborhood staple is a must-visit for its tasty offerings.

This place is dope. Food is scrumptious and affordable for freaking Burlington. The owners are there often hustling and bustling putting so much care and love into the place. Plus, they have gluten free bread for my delicate tummy. The breakfast sandwich is my fav. A true staple of the neighborhood. Don't miss it!
Hands down the BEST maple kettle corn ever. And 100% gluten free. They use mushroom popcorn - which gives it the biggest surface for all the maple deliciousness.
