This is a wonderful cafe. I am Coeliac so I am unable to eat the food. However I do have their ice cream sundaes and they taste very good. So good that I have several every week.
I notice other customers with their lunches and they always have good portions of food at not a high cost and freshly served. The staff are very friendly, efficient and look after their customers. They are all young, enthusiastic people who are well mannered and very kind.

Took my family here after having a great experience with my first view. They all loved it! My dad has visited Japan and loves finding places to eat in Australia that serves Japanese dishes.
Everyone enjoyed the food and it was very well catered to any dietary requirements we had (including gluten free, dairy, egg and peanut free) they made sure to inform us of any dishes being ordered that were not gluten friendly/free or unfit for any dietary requirements so that we were 100% aware of all the food ingredients.
I got some great pictures of the food too!

Nice gf burger buns. They also have gf chips and chicken nuggets. Be careful when ordering. Even if you order a gf bun, you need to specify that it is an allergy, otherwise they won't ensure everything is made without cross contact. When you do specify, they make the food in a separate area and take extra precautions.

We were lucky enough to be given a free smoothie card down near Seed and the lovely lady told us where the shop was and that it was “quite a walk but worth it”. We walked down to Luup and fell in love instantly. All the products are incredible and the staff were insanely friendly!!
We got our delicious free smoothie and ended up ordering breakfast too! (gluten free granola and coconut yogurt - 10/10!) As I was feeding my newborn baby, I wasn’t able to go to the counter and the lovely gentleman offered to bring it to me and I could just pay afterwards. When I went up to pay before we left the staff were so kind and gave me my breakfast for my first Mother’s Day.
It’s so unfortunate that it’s placed inside fountain gate but I do think we will be making it “our new local” from now on. Please bring one to Berwick - there is a big gap in the market ready for you!
