My room was on the top floor and was very quiet so I slept well. It was small, quite dark and decorated in dark wallpaper. It would have been more appealing with light decorations. Breakfast was good, with a good variety of food including (thank you!) gluten-free choices. The young lady on reception in the morning was very helpful about giving me information about the tram and bus journey to the airport. The hotel is in a central position in Tours and very convenient for sightseeing.

A very nice place to stay and so cozy. The staff is always attentive to the customer, but not intrusive. And at dinner, I don't even know where to ask. A pleasure right up to the top taste buds. Here everything is cooked with love and fresh. For my wife, who has a gluten intolerance, it wasn't an issue; everything was prepared appropriately and just as carefully. A heaven on earth.

A pretty bucolic green setting seduced us from the moment we arrived. A swimming pool large enough for a few lengths, enhanced our mornings before leaving to visit the castles. The Auberge was our base and we are delighted to have made a good choice. The spacious bedroom, a large multi-jet shower, separate WC, all well maintained. We opted for half board for the evening and lunch à la carte or the take-away lunch basket. Given my many dietary constraints, we could not take the risk of having lunch in the small snack bars that line the route castles. The Auberge du center has developed for me, despite the constraint of the allergens that I have listed for them, gluten-free, peanut-free, crustacean and mollusc-free dishes, all varied and delicious. So advice to coeliacs and allergy sufferers, you can entrust your taste buds to the Chef, the Director will be able to provide him with all the elements so that your vacation goes as smoothly as possible. Special gluten-free, palm oil-free breads with wholemeal flours from Sologne, a gluten-free, peanut-free French workshop, accompanied my meals and breakfasts. A whole charming and warm team. I am really delighted to have stayed in this hotel, on a professional basis. A very warm, friendly, attentive welcome. I was able to have breads and dishes adapted to my gluten-free diet. A more than varied breakfast, tasty and affordable cuisine. The rooms are clean and functional. The exteriors deserve to be refreshed (paint, doors, etc.) but don't stop there! I will come back in complete peace of mind!

Exceptional!!! Everything is perfect in this establishment, the cuisine of course, but also the location near the Loire castles, the superb contemporary decoration, the friendliness of all the staff, the comfort of the rooms. In addition, the chef kindly agreed to adapt the entire 7-course menu into a “gluten- and lactose-free” version, as well as the breakfast. A well-deserved star and excellent value for money.

We had a delightful stay at the chateau. Our room was clean and attractive, the staff was gracious and the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Our dinner here was the best we had during our time in the Loire valley. The team was accommodating regarding a gluten free diet and my daughter's dessert was beautiful.

Contrary to my usual habits, I'll be brief. In the evening you have to eat a quarter of chicken and fries. Plus the homemade beetroot ketchup. Delicious, I tell you. The rooms are neat and clean and very quiet if you sleep in the back yard. And then breakfast, my wife has an allergy and the baker delivered not only fresh croissants but also gluten-free bread. We've never had that before. The staff fits here, it really couldn't be better. Oh sorry, it was a little longer.

A late arrival at 1:30 p.m. without having reserved and a great meal! Excellent buckwheat pancakes at a very affordable price...ideal for gluten-free people.. We will return there for sure!

What can we say about this wonderful place? The welcome is warm with very professional and caring staff. The place is magnificent, we are in a real castle. The glass roof is worthy of a film. It’s a treat to have a drink there. The restaurant offers very elaborate, regional and quality dishes. The breakfast is very well presented and complete, I don't see what could be missing. There is even a gluten-free area. The rooms are magnificent, especially in the old building. In short, thank you for this wonderful stay!

2 night stay with my family. My immediate family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) in room 19 and my mother-in-law in room 9. Fantastic stay!! Top notch hotel and restaurant! Would definitely recommend and come again. My girls and I are gluten and dairy free and the hotel accommodated us with wonderful breakfasts as well as the Michelin star restaurant chef made a special 3 course meal just for us that was really wonderful! Perfect location for touring the area Chateaus. We could not rent a car (none available in Tours) and the hotel helped us arrange taxis when needed.
