Stopped in at the fish n chips but no gluten-free options and lovely young guy directed us to the pub for celiac people, so across to the pub we went, wow, what a friendly welcome and yes we do celiac friendly meals, big range of options. Wasn't disappointed with chicken tenders, chips and coleslaw. Great service, friendly bar maid and highly recommend the pub for grub.

I recently spent a night at The Hurunui Hotel and loved every moment of it! The food is great and the staff are understanding about dietary needs informing you of your options. I really enjoyed my gluten free pizza! The rooms are inviting, warm and well set out. There is a bit of road noise but it's not bad later on at night and they provide ear plugs. I can't recommend The Hurunui Hotel highly enough! A night here really is an experience!

This was a perfect place to stay and so affordable. My dog was allowed to stay and the resort offered everything I needed for a midwinter, spur of the moment, stay My unit didn’t have cooking facilities not that they were required and the restaurant had some great offerings, good gluten-free choices Staff were wonderful I highly recommend this place Check out the website for the best deals

We will be back again and were so impressed by Ski Time The rooms are spacious and very clean The customer service was 10/10 The breakfast was amazing and had such a great selection of hot & cold food and even celiac friendly with a little gluten free spot and even a separate toaster The dinner was also incredible and so delicious and we had the cutest waiter who was very attentive and friendly Overall a really great experience thanks team we loved it! The Sherwood Queenstown has become our “home away from home” accommodation when we are on holiday in Queenstown. The staff go above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home. We love the natural environment with superb mountain and lake views and the cosy, original decor. The food is superb from breakfast through to dinner. It features local, seasonal produce from the hotel gardens and reflects originality, thought and great tastes. We were particularly impressed with a family celebration where Chris, the chef, and his staff catered superbly for various dietary requirements for gluten free and Fodmap guests. The restaurant decor and setting are warm and inviting with an open fire in winter and great outdoor seating - yes, with a heater and rugs! A big thank you to Hayley, Chris, Sophie and all the staff for making another stay so special!

This was great place to stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do, go to Te Manawa, the Downtown Cinema and Bruce McKenzie Bookshop. BUT the highlight was the hotel restaurant Nosh. Really great food, beautifully presented and great gluten free options. Was really impressed. As Wellingtonians we are used to a good range and good menus. Nosh exceeded our expectations and really impressed us.

Not much to choose from for vegetarians, or those gluten free. So much potato based and deep fried food. Overall I found it expensive and would get better value at a standard a la carte restaurant. However I noted the table staff were fast and polite.
