Stopped in at the fish n chips but no gluten-free options and lovely young guy directed us to the pub for celiac people, so across to the pub we went, wow, what a friendly welcome and yes we do celiac friendly meals, big range of options. Wasn't disappointed with chicken tenders, chips and coleslaw. Great service, friendly bar maid and highly recommend the pub for grub.

I recently spent a night at The Hurunui Hotel and loved every moment of it! The food is great and the staff are understanding about dietary needs informing you of your options. I really enjoyed my gluten free pizza! The rooms are inviting, warm and well set out. There is a bit of road noise but it's not bad later on at night and they provide ear plugs. I can't recommend The Hurunui Hotel highly enough! A night here really is an experience!

If we could give them more than 5 stars we would! We will be back again and were so impressed by Ski Time The rooms are spacious and very clean The customer service was 10/10 The breakfast was amazing and had such a great selection of hot & cold food and even celiac friendly with a little gluten free spot and even a separate toaster The dinner was also incredible and so delicious and we had the cutest waiter who was very attentive and friendly Overall a really great experience thanks team we loved it! Not much to choose from for vegetarians, or those gluten free. So much potato based and deep fried food. Overall I found it expensive and would get better value at a standard a la carte restaurant. However I noted the table staff were fast and polite.
