It is rare to find a place that makes both vegan and gluten free food. At RAW they don’t just do that: they will blow your mind! The freshness of the ingredients and the genius combinations of flavors were such a surprise. The raw base pizza was delicious. If I was living in Florence I’d be here everyday.

Greta served us, super kind and helpful, very knowledgeable about allergens. GROM ice cream does not disappoint with flavors that are very close to the taste from which especially the fruit ones derive! The cone is gluten-free and the taste is delicious and crunchy.

Best ice cream we had in Calenzano and area nearby. They offer high quality ice cream made freshly with natural ingredients! All ice cream and cones are certified gluten and lactose free flavours available(mainly fruit and dark chocolate). We were staying in an accommodation nearby and kept going every evening for 6 nights straight, at least two scoops everyday. It’s a family ran gelateria which is super welcoming and clean. They also do pastries and cakes freshly hand made daily and aperitifs. Debora was very friendly and Sergio is a funny charismatic gent. Both are passionate about their shop and do everything with love. They also gave us helpful tips on how to enjoy Florence and area even more! We will visit them again for sure next time back.

Where to start? From cleaning? From courtesy? From quality? Recently discovered place, absolutely positive surprise! The ice cream is excellent, the flavors varied and non-trivial, the staff courteous and the cleanliness impeccable. There is no small focus on gluten-free (practically total) and the price is not discounted in line with other ice cream shops, despite all the cones being gluten free. Among other things, the choice between "normal" or pod cone, at the same price, should not be underestimated. The only flaw? They close on December 10th 😭 😊 (but they reopen at the end of January 😋😋😋)

We have been in Florence for a few days and this ice cream parlor was recommended to us. During our stay we have gone several times and without a doubt we would repeat. They also have gluten-free options and we have been able to eat them all. It has been very hot and it has not melted. We were able to enjoy how delicious it was. Instead, we went to another ice cream shop and it melted right away. So I highly recommend it. The quality-price ratio is spectacular, since a cone with a ball was €2.5.

Super good ice cream, I finally tasted a hazelnut ice cream that really tastes like hazelnuts... variety of flavors including particular ones that are not easily found elsewhere, excellent raw materials and a super clean place with attention to detail. Place also suitable for celiacs, I recommend it

Excellent ice cream although very high prices. You need to pay more attention to gluten-free service! It's not enough to change the scoop, the ice cream must be taken from the tray from the back to make sure it isn't contaminated.. service that definitely needs to be improved.....

Absolutely amazing... we did almost a "gelato tour" around Italy and this was by far the best. Gluten free friendly (they have wrapped cones) and vegan friendly. What I love about this place being lactose intolerant is they didn't just have sorbet that was dairy free. I had pistachio, hazelnut, dark chocolate (all dairy free and delicious). My family members tried strawberry, banana, mixed berry, and more. We came here twice it was so good. So creamy, fresh, and delicious. Best in Italy in our opinion.
