It is rare to find a place that makes both vegan and gluten free food. At RAW they don’t just do that: they will blow your mind! The freshness of the ingredients and the genius combinations of flavors were such a surprise. The raw base pizza was delicious. If I was living in Florence I’d be here everyday.

Best gelato experience in Florence! They had gluten free cones and many dairy free options. They took the time to wash the scoops and wash their hands before handling my cone. We definitely recommend!

We have been in Florence for a few days and this ice cream parlor was recommended to us. During our stay we have gone several times and without a doubt we would repeat. They also have gluten-free options and we have been able to eat them all. It has been very hot and it has not melted. We were able to enjoy how delicious it was. Instead, we went to another ice cream shop and it melted right away. So I highly recommend it. The quality-price ratio is spectacular, since a cone with a ball was €2.5.

The atmosphere was inviting, and the array of flavors on display was simply mesmerizing. I had the pleasure of trying the Limone More Menta, a lemon, blackberry, and mint granita that was nothing short of incredible. The balance of flavors was perfect—refreshing, tangy, and bursting with freshness. I also indulged in the Spirit of Sicily, a citrus-flavored delight that captured the essence of the Mediterranean with every bite. My friend sampled several gelato flavors, each one better than the last. The texture was creamy, and the flavors were vibrant and authentic, making it hard to choose a favorite. Definitely try the Ricotta and Pistachio! Carabè is more than just a gelateria—it's an experience. The quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into every scoop is evident, making it stand out as one of the best in Florence. Whether you're a local or a tourist, don't miss out on this hidden gem. Also, if you are gluten-free, vegan, or have other dietary restrictions, there are many options for you here! Very good, I would recommend the gianduglia to everyone because it really tastes like gianduiotto, but for gluten intolerants they can't take anything. All in all it's really good

Excellent ice cream although very high prices. You need to pay more attention to gluten-free service! It's not enough to change the scoop, the ice cream must be taken from the tray from the back to make sure it isn't contaminated.. service that definitely needs to be improved.....

Although we waited in line for a long time (about 30 minutes from the beginning of the line until we got the dish) but in my opinion it's totally worth it! The coffee with pistachio ice cream is really delicious! The ice cream is gluten free

Absolutely amazing... we did almost a "gelato tour" around Italy and this was by far the best. Gluten free friendly (they have wrapped cones) and vegan friendly. What I love about this place being lactose intolerant is they didn't just have sorbet that was dairy free. I had pistachio, hazelnut, dark chocolate (all dairy free and delicious). My family members tried strawberry, banana, mixed berry, and more. We came here twice it was so good. So creamy, fresh, and delicious. Best in Italy in our opinion.

During our stay in Firenze, we went here for ice cream several times. Anyone who eats ice cream here will always come back here, because it's not just the selection but the absolutely TOP quality that impresses here. The ice cream has a very intense and truly natural taste, so it feels like a flavor explosion in your mouth. The selection of gluten and lactose free ice cream flavors including waffles is also great. It may not be to everyone's taste, but the mint ice cream with chocolate pieces and the licorice ice cream are simply mega. I will miss this ice cream coffee very much. I can only recommend this ice cream parlor with a very, very clear conscience; anything else would be an understatement. If there were 10 stars, I would give them.

They have been customers of the chocolate shop since the first shop opened. Both during the holidays (Christmas, Easter) and not (Valentine's Day) I have always purchased their products, I must say that they are truly excellent. Today, for example, I went to have a snack and I chose to buy the ice cream cone🍦. Delicious! I recommend the classic flavours, such as: hazelnut, pistachio, cream, chocolate. The coffee is also very good and they have a wide choice of blends☕. The prices are slightly high, but the quality is worth paying for. They have a waffle cone available for those with celiac disease. I recommend it as a chocolate and ice cream shop!

It's a nice ice cream parlor and recommended for people without gluten intolerance. They have gluten free ice cream cones - however these cost €6 (I had one scoop + gluten free cone). In comparison, it costs around €3-4 with a “normal” bag. Therefore only 3 stars. Otherwise the ice cream was very tasty, but the price was not appropriate
