They are excellent with allergy requests! They use local GF breads and it makes going and getting to a sandwich shop so easy! Who knew that you could have gluten-free sandwiches that were so good and so easy to find! Definitely a loyal customer now

Quite good…one of few pizza places that offers gluten free. I don’t generally like too much tomato sauce… I forgot to ask for light sauce and It was not until I had almost finished my pizza before I realized it… I have to say I didn’t notice because the sauce is very good. The customer service was excellent! Being from the east coast I’m particular about pizza … and this passes! My only issue is the Gluten free crust could be better 🤷🏻♀️Will return for sure! They also offer other gluten free options on their menu :)

They have gluten free and/or dairy free ice cream flavors clearly marked on the main menu and keep sealed pints of each flavor for allergy orders that they use a clean scooper for. The employee was super educated on allergens & happy to take the extra couple minutes to get my ice cream from the separate pint. We loved my gluten & dairy free pb chocolate ice cream & my bf’s salted peanut butter ice cream!

Went Friday night around 9pm. They were very busy but the line moved very quickly. The staff do not seem to clean in between customer as our table was sticky, the floor needed mopped, and the topping bar needed cleaned. All in all the ice cream was very good. Staff was knowledgeable on what was gluten free!

Rita’s is one of my favorite places the be because the employees there are so kind! Tonight I stopped into Rita’s, the two girls working were so nice. Claire was so sweet and personable! She made me laugh so hard and helped assist me with finding the best dairy free and gluten free flavors! Faith was so energetic and makes the atmosphere so enjoyable!! I am always so pleased when I come in, but tonight was extra special! I hope they are always working when I come in! If I could rate this more stars I would.
