Omg!! The best icecream ever!! I am an icecream connoisseur and this is one of the very best icecream ever and this is why: homemade flavors, not bought ingredients, their honeycomb is absolutely to die for ... Slopeside mint chip is so creamy and fresh, the blueberry sorbet was absolutely phenomenal! The flavors are delicious, the icecream is so creamy, the sorbet was full of flavor, absolutely unbelievable! Great service. They give excellent recommendations. Many gluten free and vegetarian options. Really fun & cool environment.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Some months back I called the store and asked if their waffle bowls were gluten free. The female employee on the phone didn’t know, so she rightfully asks the male MANAGER. Without hesitation, the MANAGER says “yup gluten free!” Okay… didn’t seem legit….flash forward to today… I decide to branch out and order another flavor. Before doing so, I called to see which flavors were gluten free. The female employee, whom I wish I could separately give 5 stars to, took the time to check in her system which flavors were gluten free and listed which ones were not. I then asked just to double check with the (clearly much more competent than the MANAGER) worker if waffle bowls were gluten free. She then once again took the time to check in her system and confirmed the waffle bowls are NOT GLUTEN FREE. This might seem like a small inconvenience, but to me, this “small” inconvenience controls my entire insides. Gross? Imagine being me. I will never order from here again. Do yourself a favor and promote the girl who worked tonight to manager.

Very busy summer evenings but they had lots of ppl working so the wait wasn't too long. The ice cream is worth the wait. Their menu had vegan, dairy free and gluten free options. It's our go to place when vacationing in Kingston.

I’ve gone here for cannolis a couple times but never bought pizza. I’ve always enjoyed their cannolis and loved that they were one of the few places open late as I get out of work late some evenings and forget to eat something. I bought a slice for the first time today and it was a great size for the price as well as they have a deal for a free cannoli with a slice before 8pm. Every time I have gone the service has been very kind and nice to talk to. I hadn’t left a review before because I often forget but felt I should as I’ve never had a bad experience. I’d also like to add that my friend has a gluten allergy and had never had a gluten free cannoli before and they have them here! Every time I visit nj now he asks me to bring him one.

Homemade ice cream with unique, gourmet flavors! Extremely accommodating to gluten free needs. The gluten free brownie looked delicious 🤤 If you’re looking for a boring and basic ice cream shop, go somewhere else. This place is about specialty ice cream, and it’s worth every penny.

I could not love this place more. They’ve got gluten free options, also a whole list of what contains gluten and what doesn’t! They sell ice cream year round, not just seasonally! I have yet to try their coffee but I’m sure it’s fantastic! The ice cream is the real star of the show though. It’s incredible. I had the eggnog ice cream about 5 times bc it was so amazing! And everyone there is soooooo nice. I highly recommend this place.

I eat dairy free so I was excited to see the plant based ice cream options. I also have Celiac so I reached out on Instagram to see if those options were also gluten free…sadly they were not. I’m thankful for their quick replies and their willingness to check. It saved me an hour in drive time and sadness if I’d gone and not been able to have anything. Go check them out!!!

I went in and asked for a cup of mocha chip, gluten-free (as claimed on the menu.) I got halfway through my cup and found a large piece of sugar cone (not gluten-free) in my ice cream! I asked the server about it and got a simple: "Oh sorry!" If Izzy's is going to claim their ice cream is gluten-free then they have to train their employees about allergies and have the procedures in place so that gluten sugar cones do not end up in the tubs with gluten free ice cream. And if there is a mistake the contaminated gluten free tub should be discarded and a new one added. Otherwise don't call the ice cream gluten-free.

There didn't appear to be any Gluten Free items offered on the food menu, and no Gluten Free cones offered either, but the ice cream is very good as always. I have been to the Westford location several times but first time to the Jaffrey location and I was not disappointed (with the ice cream anyway).

Gluten free options! Ask for it to be scooped from a fresh container with a clean scoop because they use shared ice cream scoops for the different flavors. They have incredibly creative and delicious flavors! There is not much seating room, but the surrounding area is walkable and charming to enjoy your ice cream. They also have nut, vegan, and dairy dietary restrictions listed. We got roasted strawberry and gooey butter cake. Some of the best ice cream we have ever eaten.

We had an awesome experience with the ice cream food truck at our event! The staff was incredibly friendly and kept the ice cream flowing all night. Having such a big selection of ice cream and toppings, including dairy-free and gluten-free options, was a big hit with guests. Thanks for helping make our event a success!

Bring cash. Cash or Venmo. I recommend the Lemon Merengue, hard scoop. Dole Whip is offered, and another kind (I forget) for lactose or gluten sensitivity.

I would like some vegan choices. There was one vegan flavor, and I didn't want it. Portions are HUGE, and the prices are very reasonable. The service is excellent. Just need a few vegan options and maybe a few gluten free frozen yogurt choices (not oreo or cookie dough).
