We love Jeni's. We had the strawberry shortcake parfait and ordered it gluten-free. they made it on the back counter with fresh ice cream tubs and, of course, omitted the waffle wedge. It was excellent, and my wife with celiac was able to enjoy it without the fear of cross-contamination. They did an excellent job.

Such a wonderful, almost hidden little nugget in the healthiest part of Nashville, CityOne, a healthcentric community. The all plant based and gluten-free options of ice cream cups and cones were phenomenal. A great treat to cool off on a hot August day while relaxing on the patio, watching some fun pick up volleyball being played right outside. I'm sorry the picture doesn't show the ice cream. It was soooo delicious and did not last long 😋

Jeni’s is my absolute favorite ice cream! With food allergies, I nearly never get treats with friends, but this is an exception! There are a couple great dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, peanut-free options and the employees are mindful of cross-contamination! The ice cream is a bit more expensive than some places, but completely worth it for special treats that are safe for families with food allergies! The location in the factory is a fun place for families with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces parents can easily watch for kids to run around.

Excellent flavors and large portions. I appreciate you can do half and half flavors in your cup! The service is great and the store is clean. Don't be afraid to try their unique flavors! They also list what ice cream is gluten free!

Craziest ice cream place I have been to to date! Amazing options for gluten and dairy free as well as vegan. Can't wait to go back! Customer service was excellent. The girl we had explained it all so well and ran the assembly line like a machine.

Woman scooping ice cream was awesome and gave me tiny spoons to try all the gluten free choices. Ended up getting Cadbury Creme Egg (good, with a few too hard chocolate bits), and goat cheese w strawberry (I think. Which was really excellent). I wish I lived closer. Impressed with patience they had dealing with really large families. I liked outdoor seating, except one too deep chair set. Really pretty great, and a nice hangout.

First time to eat at this great blue plate restaurant and all the other reviews and the pictures of the food verify and solidify that it's All Good!! We enjoyed the catfish plate, the chicken livers plate, and also the grilled chicken salad bowl so much and was grateful for finding and trying this wonderful place in Cleveland, Tn on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. They also offered a large variety of gluten free meals and sides well marked on their menu. We'll be back ASAP, just delicious food, period!!

This shop has a massive selection of flavor options for ice cream and soft serve, plus they also serve hot dogs! Perfect stop before or after a round of putt putt golf at their course next door! They have quite a few options listed as gluten free, and the day I was there they had two options that were dairy free as well. When I ordered dairy free ice cream, they asked if it was for a food allergy and noted my ticket as such (I assume to prevent cross contamination). I really appreciated this attention to detail!!! They serve Coke and Pepsi products for those who are divided on what sodas you like! Very clean shop and the a/c felt so nice after we putt putted 18 holes next door! My son has eaten here in the past and said he got some great BBQ and mac and cheese so I have a feeling their menu options vary from time to time! This place is halfway between my home and my parents so we will definitely be meeting up here again in the future for food and fun with family! They have a rewards program too that you can sign up for with your phone number.

After dinner, wanted something sweet and didnt even know this place existed. Stopped by. Decent selection of different kinds of ice cream including some dairy free and gluten free which is important to me. Ice cream was good so will certainly be going back.

We ordered sugar cookies, ice cream, gluten free cake and a HUGE cinnamon roll. Everything was so good and honestly the gf cake was soo good you would never know it was gluten free. My children are now addicted and we now must go everyday for the rest of our vacation here.

Being gluten free is a challenge. Emily made sure I was as safe as I could be by guiding me to safe options, getting a new scoop and tub, and advising against topping due to cross contamination. Good flavors but Was told it’s gluten free and allergy friendly, but it was not. Cross contamination with all of the gelato flavors. Staff was horrible. Kept ignoring me while I was ordering. Had to ask for the flavor 3 times. Wouldn’t recommend or ever go back. My kids and husband ate it. I didn’t because of allergy.

The ice cream was good.. but the website said they offer gluten free option which they DO NOT. It was very disappointing that my mom couldn’t enjoy in the fun. We would have gone somewhere else where she would be able to eat. Please remove you have gluten free options on your website. It isn’t fair for the people who have celiac or gluten intolerance.

Found through tiktok and did not disappoint! The owner and her daughter are WONDERFUL and sweet and the customer service was fantastic. I’m gluten intolerant and the owner walked through everything with me, made sure the ingredients were all good, offered to clean any equipment, etc. !Not a Celiac safe environment, same kitchen and equipment! But I’m feeling pretty confident that my gf chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake is safe (I’ll update if I have any issues) I haven’t had chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in 8 years and it was so good! My husband LOVES the pizza cone (not gf) too! Will definitely be back! A great place for little dates!

I have to give a shout-out to Yolanda, who was super cool and sweet to my friends kid. She deserves a raise and loves every customer. I have been to other locations, but this one was different. The flavors and vast variety are the best. They have regular, dairy free, gluten-free, etc. No wonder so many prefer this brand over others. It is a cool outdoor seating arrangement. Would I recommend this business? Absolutely Would I return to this place? Absolutely Go see for yourself

They're great about allergies! Menu is labeled for gluten and nuts, I have a nut allergy and the lady taking my order peaked back into the truck to make sure that there was no nut stuff out, they use separate scoops for every ice-cream flavor to get rid of cross contamination. This place is delightful, they've got really good ice-cream, tastes high quality. Lots of fun cookie/donut/topping options
