We were served by Joe and Evan tonight, who gave very friendly, down to earth service. The food had great flavours, restaurant is lovely atmosphere, and there are many options for my partner who is coeliac. I’ve been a regular customer at Crispy Dosa since it opened in Bristol, and my experience so far has been consistently excellent. The staff and chef have always been accommodating, especially with my gluten-free requirements, which I truly appreciate.
However, I was quite disappointed with a recent takeaway order on 25/05/2025. I ordered the fried rice and paneer butter masala for dinner, but was surprised to find that the curry contained only three pieces of paneer. Considering the dish cost £13.50, this felt very unreasonable and not at all what I would expect from your usual standards.
I hope you can look into this issue, as it was quite a letdown after many positive experiences.
