No one can beat their Dosas (rice crepes) and sambhar (sauce) in the valley. Love it! Ghee Rava Masala Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa and Coffee are few of my favs, very authentic! We always always order that. Prices are reasonable too and large portions.
Very friendly owner and excellent customer service!
Highly recommended and must try if you are vegan, prefer gluten-free good.

DO NOT COME HERE
If you’re looking for bad food.
Everything tastes incredible.
They season perfectly.
The garlic naan is the best in the valley.
The Keema Matter unmatched. Holy moly.
You already know the chicken tikka Masala is gluten free and golden.
Panner Masala is yum yum.
I have been coming here for years to get food to go.
Didn’t know they started their buffet again.
The family that runs this remembers you.
It’s clean and cozy.
Incredible service. Thanks guys!

Had a great time at Saffron yesterday. First of all, there are SO many gluten-free options (with the exception of appetizers, but that’s understandable, most are fried). Secondly, the food quality is EXCELLENT. Really enjoyed everything here. My wife, the one with the gluten allergy, had the Chicken Korma, and it was excellent (I tried it). Luis it’s great they offer some northern Indian dishes as well as Southern. I had the saag paneer, also excellent. I went with mild and it was a little hot but still glad I didn’t go with mild (which my wife got for the Korma, she’s less spice tolerant). But the spices are great, the spinach and cheese flavor is excellent, they don’t skimp by ANY means on the portion size overall and on the cubes of farmers cheese specifically. The naan was delicious and warm. The rice is even excellent. And get this, with the take out containers for the leftovers, they offered to include additional rice - who does that? There are restaurants the brow beat you into buying additional rice when you get something to go. Oh by the way, I got samosas to go and they, too, were excellent - great potatoes/peas/spices, love the consistency, and crispy on the outside. Very nice.
Service was over the top and I wish I could remember the name of the young man (blond hair), he was a GREAT server (I just don’t have the receipt with me right now). He got drinks quickly, was very personable and helpful with the menu, and generally a pleasant server who enhanced the dining experience. Adding to the great service was a really nice touch of the visit by the manager asking how our experience was, and even providing a gratis rice pudding to go. Outstanding!
Then there’s the ambiance. It was fun. I know, some of you are thinking “how can an Indian restaurant be fun?” And the answer is, I’m telling you, we had FUN. Because it was great food, excellent service, and while we didn’t sit at the bar, the bar looks cool and they have not just beer and wine but also mixed drinks. Staff appears to be happy working there and worked well together. I can see this being a go-to for us going forward.
With a vibrant atmosphere and customizable spice levels, this spot is perfect for anyone seeking a unique dining experience.

I absolutely love this restaurant! It’s my favorite restaurant in Tucson! Not just the food but also the atmosphere and service. My father and I like to go and I always get the butter chicken and garlic naan. He always gets the shrimp tandoori. The vegetable pakora is great too. My father is gluten and dairy free and he has no issues eating there. The staff is knowledgeable about what items are gluten and dairy free and I have never had a bad experience. I also love that they will customize what level of heat you want in your dish.
A charming spot with a formal yet quaint vibe, offering a delightful dining experience and an impressive selection of options for all.

New Delhi Palace has great food options, even Vegan and Gluten Free.
The naan was the size of an 8 inch pizza, so dig in. The Tikka Masala has the right amount of spices. I had mild this time, I’ll go hotter next time.
I took home some Gulab Jamun.

A decent buffet option for those looking to explore various Indian dishes. Friendly staff who were knowledgeable about which dishes contained gluten or might have a cross contamination issue which was greatly appreciated.

this place is amazing! plenty of options for vegan and gluten free restrictions. we shared 3 apps, 3 entrees and 3 desserts. every bite was incredible. the ambience and service from Mohammad was top notch! i will be returning soon.
I have been coming here for over 10 years and it is still one of my favorite places to eat in town! I have been vegetarian and vegan and I have NEVER had my order wrong or found a random piece of chicken etc in my meal which has happened at other restaurants. Staff is friendly and recognizes regulars. They are nice when explaining dishes if you have questions and they have, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Their medium veggie curry, chana masala, and samosas are my favorite things. The only downside i have found is that this place is so good that it is hard for me to get curry anywhere else and be happy haha.
A hidden gem in Arizona, this family-run Indian spot is known for its incredible flavors and accommodating service, even offering dairy-free drinks.

My absolutely favorite Indian spot in Phoenix. The food is phenomenal, the family that runs the place is so sweet and accommodating. We order from here regularly, and I highly recommend.
My kids love that the daughter (maybe 8-9yo?) comes and takes our order. She is so sweet.
I am vegan & gluten free and they are so accommodating. I get the best meals here and even better… I have leftovers for days!! We dine in and we also order takeout.
Highly recommend!!

Over the past year, I have eaten here or ordered take-out at least once each month and have never been disappointed. This family-owned, gem of a restaurant serves up some amazing food. There is always complementary milky chai tea hot and ready. You can trust their spice level recommendations. Friendly atmosphere. There are also many Gluten Free and Vegan options. I have not yet had to wait for a seat but would definitely be willing to do so.
I LOVE this restaurant! Besides the fact that almost all Indian food is gluten-free and it’s my favorite ethnic food anyway, they do such a good job putting in just the right (low) amount of spice, and the flavor...mmmm! I can’t eat rice-based meals as often as I would like, but I go there every chance I get. It’s by far my favorite ethnic restaurant in Tucson and we’ve been eating there for years.
My favorite gluten free option in Cottonwood! Delicious vegan and vegetarian GF currys as well as Kombucha. Glad to know they offer both dine in and takeout! We had the best anniversary lunch!
Decent Indian lunch spot. Lunch buffet has an enormous amount of meat, veggie, and gluten free items (most of the fried foods and "breaded" items use chickpea flower, per restaurant workers). 4 stars as meat can be a little lower quality, and interior could use a makeover. If you are gluten free and want to enjoy a breaded/fried item because it has been years, the fried onion things are awesome.
Excellent food great service. I had driven by for years and finally went in. I’ll be back for sure. Tons of gluten free options for gluten-free people, items on the menu are marked “gf”
Their food is outstanding and their bakery is extensive. Their bakery is so extensive that you can order a vegan cake! This restaurant is all vegetarian by the way but even if you aren't vegan, the food is not to be missed. Some of the best Indian food in the valley with several types of Asian styles on the menu. Everything is laid out on the menu in a very descriptive and easy to read format. Even more helpful was the symbols "gluten free" and "vegan" which I greatly appreciated so that I didn't have to ask.

Food quality is uncompromised and assured to tickle the taste buds to authentic South Indian flare. Lots of Indian Street Food options: Chaat, Samosa, Lassi, Indo-Chinese. Always looking forward to return to this family owned restaurant...

We come here often to get food. Not only is it healthy and delicious, they also have gluten free options which is very helpful having Celiac. The only downfall is you have to wait a little bit for the food to be cooked... but it's totally worth it.
I highly recommend this place! Not only was the food absolutely delicious but our waiter, who was the owner, was so helpful and attentive from the moment we sat down. The restaurant doesn’t have a set menu and changes daily with the ingredients they have which was a really neat idea. I have a very bad gluten allergy but I felt confident ordering with the help of the waiter. Definitely eat here if you’re in the area!!

Very fresh and packed with flavor! Chicken Tikka Masala is my general gluten free go-to. Zyka's Tikka is battling for my #1 tikka in Tucson so far. Good portions, balanced flavor, tender chicken. They weren't very busy so service was pretty fast too. Will definitely be back!
Amazing food and ambiance, one of the best customer service I have received, they have gluten free and vegan options, clean place, food tasted really good and fresh. Love It!
