Disappointed, I first called a day before because they say there is gluten-free pizza and on the phone they lie to me (but there are options like risotto and salad) bref I was already hungry and I break my protocol with a pizza that is described as having a pistachio sauce and when it arrives my dish not even two pistachios make this sauce! At home, it's better to split 3 pistachios with 3 drops of olive oil and cheaper, I had a positive attitude and continued eating but to my surprise a mini hair on my plate :( the place has a good facility but I was disappointed with the sad pizzas

Food was amazing , they have Gluten free pasta and pizza , I really appreciate it . The 5 stars though its for the service , everyone wanted to help with a smile , specially the woman in charge. She spoke English and Spanish and was super helpful. Thanks !

A real coup ❤️ We came across this restaurant by chance. On our way home we ran into the restaurant manager, my daughter is gluten intolerant so it's very complicated for an Italian restaurant to adapt and he did! He adapted the children's menu for my daughter, it's rare, I think it's the first time. The service is impeccable, the waitress adorable, the setting magnificent. Thank you very much my daughter loved the restaurant and what she ate. Thank you because the whole family loved it. We will come back but no longer by chance! See you soon

While passing through the Loire, we discovered the little gem that is the restaurant La Signorizza (Contres Cheverny), with pleasant decor and background music reminiscent of beautiful, carefree years. But that is nothing compared to the attentive and warm welcome that Nicolas and his team gave us during our stay. We were going to have dinner there one evening and ultimately, we ate at La Signorizza throughout our stay. And for good reason, 2 members of our table are celiac (gluten intolerant), everything has been put in place to find suitable meals allowing all guests to have an excellent time. After visiting the aquarium, a meal was necessary. Despite the late hour on this Saturday afternoon, a perfect welcome. An Italian bistro restaurant with fresh, gluten-free, organic products and more than reasonable prices... Very beautiful decor and a pleasant setting. Friendly and efficient service.

We came as tourists, a little lost because it was Monday and I am gluten-free. I wasn't convinced because of the reviews, but ultimately, a nice surprise. The boss (or the most experienced waiter) took great care. A young person was having his first day and was doing pretty well. Another carried trays with 5 or 6 dishes on them. All with a smile and kindness. The pizzas and my dish (transformed for me) were good. With real mayo and real homemade ketchup. The desserts were good. All hearty. Conclusion: be wary of certain opinions and we will come back during a next visit THANKS

Homemade Italian mejar, very good and made with a lot of desire. The attention of the staff, magnificent. We were able to enjoy a GLUTEN FREE pasta dish, with carbonara sauce, very good. 100% recommended Looking forward to coming back

I was a regular because I worked nearby. I went back there one afternoon and I felt like I did a few years ago. We eat well. I am gluten intolerant but the menu offers other choices than pizza or pasta. The quantities are generous and the service is smiling, friendly and efficient!

Great time Very pleasant lunch, we were very well received and served. A very pleasant terrace. Hearty meal, my husband had the cheese maker, he enjoyed it, the salad bowl is beautiful and very original, top-notch gourmet coffee and an aperitif cocktail to try! I eat gluten-free with celiac disease and everyone was attentive to my request, I had my Brushetta on my gluten-free bread that I had brought and I was able to have lunch with my friends in complete safety. Great find on last night of our holiday. One of our party is coeliac so eating out in France can be tricky but not here! The most delicious gf meal. Duck risotto, burrata salad, charcuterie and truffle pasta were dishes to die for. Worth the trip.
