Great Gluten Free pasta.

Thankful that they offer dietary options, although the staff could be better trained. Was told I could have the Brussel sprouts (coated in soy sauce - "because it was soy based" - I have celiac disease). After spending $32 for 10" rectangular pizza (3 toppings) that was so-so, I'm not keen on returning.

The new gluten free bowtie noodles were great! I couldn't even tell that they were gluten free! Definitely will be getting more. Also you can substitute almost any pasta entree dish with the gluten free, so lots of good options for those who cannot eat gluten

My favorite restaurant in Birmingham! Love the main dining area (need a reservation) but I might even love the wine bar more. I’ve never had a meal that’s anything other than fantastic, and they are very accommodating for gluten free. My husband and I love going, grabbing a bottle of wine off the rack in the wine bar, and ordering a couple things to share. Can’t say enough good things!

It was our first time going here and the staff was very helpful and explained the menu wonderfully. Gluten free options! The host even advised against certain dishes that seemed like they were gluten free but weren't 💓 10/10 would go again! Food was delicious!!!

Great atmosphere for date night or an intimate meal with friends. Invited by another couple and thoroughly enjoyed the service and the meal. Blackened grouper with lemon butter wine sauce, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, and mushrooms. I nixed the pasta due to gluten sensitivity and added potatoes. If that doesn’t make your mouth water check your pulse. It was outstanding and not sure I will order anything else. Obviously, I will return! If you are are Belini fan it is a step above in terms of robust flavoring with herbs and spices. The service was good but not differentiating. If the server turned up the warm, welcoming, and friendly meter I would have rated a 5.

My boyfriend and I love enjoying Salvatore’s Pizza after we go gear hunting at Bailey Brothers. We were a bit apprehensive seeing the “Under New Management” sign but decided to go ahead and give it a go. I developed a gluten allergy and was thrilled when they informed me that they could make a 10” gluten free pizza! I ordered the Chicken Pesto Pizza and it was absolutely delicious plenty of toppings and I was so happy to still enjoy one of my favorite pizza places! Would highly recommend!

I'm no longer vegan thanks to this place. It will ruin your gluten-free, dairy-free, whatever diet you're on and you won't even care. Take my money and leave me alone to play centipede and gorge on (what is easily) Birmingham best pizza.

I don't even like Italian food (I'm gluten-intolerant so generally stay away from pizza and pasta) but even my intolerance had to indulge a few bites in the pizza that my sister and parents got. All the food was unbelievable - from the prosciutto melon dish, to all the appetizers and the sausage dish I got. Hands-down one of the best Italian restaurants I've tried. Extra points for a kind, attentive, and entertaining staff!

The food was amazing! I've been trying to eat healthy (no dairy or gluten) and the staff was amazing in helping find options for me. The steak and spinach salad with lemon emulsion was straight up delicious.
