I am shocked there are few really great Italian eateries in Bakersfield, but Frugatti's is one that I would miss if I left here!
The food is delicious, and I've only had an issue one time where I ordered the Gluten-free Rotini and there was barely any meat/sauce on it. That was one off time out of 10. I also could have asked for some when I noticed but didn't make a fuss. Every other time was delicious. It feels good. It's not generic, and they have great service. The new location is literally beautiful and feels so nice. Awesome place to do anything from a family dinner, to a work lunch. Date night, or even fancier.
The best dining experience we have has in a long time. The gluten-free lemon butter ravioli are to die for. We are out of towers but would drive 2 1/2 hours again to eat there again.

I ordered the gluten-free dough, which is only available in the 14" medium. It was tasty. Ingredients were quality. I had the Chile Verde pizza long ago and it was the best pizza I've eaten. Unfortunately, it wasn't available for order.
The best antipasto salad and house dressing anywhere in Bakersfield!! Pizza is very good and tried the gluten free Chili Verde pizza which is my new favorite!! Called in for pick up on a busy Friday nite and food was ready in 30 mins...thank you to great and friendly staff!
The pizza was good, they have gluten free options. The wings were spicy, glad I got the mild, not sure how hot the hot ones would be. The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating.

Love, love, love this place. Food is fresh and good for the soul (duck breast that melts in your mouth). Plenty of gluten free options for us celiacs. And the service, this is what service is supposed to be!
