Based on the name and dumb puns in the menu, I really wanted to hate this palce. My coworkers convinced me to go and I was suprised how good it was.
The drinks were well made and creative, the service super attentive and the food was very good. They are attentive to food allergies and have a lot of gluten free options.
Great Italian food. I honestly just go there when I am craving pasta good pasta. They have plenty of pasta dishes to choose from, including gluten free pasta if you need that. Parking can sometimes be an issue, as there is street parking, or a Rite Aid parking lot next to the restaurant that you're technically not supposed to park in. I don't think I've ever seen anyone get towed, but I also don't usually go when it's busy. Just something to consider.
Dropped in at 9.30pm on a Tuesday. Eggplant parmigiana and mussels were both good. But pricy. Almost $30 per entree but good food. They had gluten-free pasta.
You never can tell with online things, you know? I wanted to check out the situation so I drove 2 and 1/2 hours from Boston. The girl working behind the counter had a hat on. I think it was her first day on the job because she said she was nervous but would "settle into it." She then went on to tell me that Boston was "wicked confusing" even though she didn't know the area. Food wise, if you're not sure on what size pie to get, the small one is almost as big as the big one. Make sure you get the orange juice with it. I know it sounds like a weird combination but trust me. Do I sound like a dishonest dirty person? The manager came from the back and asked what kind of pizza I was having. I said "who's this?" but he kept saying he would get to that in a minute. I was not expecting him to be there. Pizza is good though, I asked the manager if he wanted a slice but he declined. They also have gluten free options to help anyone with IBS. I definitely recommend the place to my friends. They keep saying they will try it but never go. I tell them chat is chat but showing up is showing up.
