Honestly, I love this pizzeria. The owner was super fast to answer my email about their GF crust ingredient list and their vegan cheese with full details.
After that, I’ve been ordering delivery regularly, and have picked up a few times.
I’m going to have to stop eating gluten soon - but their large regular pizza has the perfect amount of flop, foldability, cheese stretch, and lil bit of oil. Chicken parm, homemade sauce, the chocolate lasagna. 👩🏻🍳💋
No complaints from my fam members that already eat GF and use no cheese at all.
AND They work with all my wacky requests - half ricotta/half red sauce base. Throw the this here and the that there. Sprinkle it with magic so I don’t gain ten pounds.
They even included a free GF birthday cake slice when I did a birthday order and wrote “Happy Birthday” like I asked.
Amazing and amiable place, no matter how you order.
