It was OK. I have to eat gluten free and although I am appreciative of the gluten free options, the pizza dough was very doughy and almost undercooked and thick. The gluten free fingers were ok, but had to use lots of dipping as u could taste the dough they use. Nice place and I'm not sure about the non gluten free options.
Expect a mixed vibe with uneven service; indoors shines with great bartenders and top-notch cleanliness.

Hands down the best gluten free pizza I’ve had since being diagnosed with Celiac’s. I had to ask the waitress after taking a bite to make sure it was actually gluten free, because it was THAT good. I will definitely be back!

The chicken Alfredo my grandson ordered was gluten
free and my order was the cheese ravioli. The food was delicious and our server Meaghan S. Was impeccable also her knowledge of gluten free orders was refreshing, for not having to explain how things had to be done.

Amazing amazing food. Went for the Valentines Day dinner for the second year in a row, I had the salmon and risotto, it was to die for. Though their menu doesn’t indicate many gluten free options, this restaurant gladly accommodated my gluten allergy and our waitress checked every single item I ordered to ensure that it was gluten free. I love this restaurant!

Tonight was my husband's and my first time ever going to this restaurant and in my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Buffalo we have been to. It is our Anniversary and we had Victoria (Tori) for our server and she was so knowledgeable of the menu. I am Gluten Intolerant and she knew right away what I could indulge in and what was off limits. She had the specials memorized like a boss and was so attentive. The steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster risotto was delicious. The Limencello Margarita was the best margarita I have ever had, and I love tequila and margaritas! They have little biography cards on your table about your server, which I think is a great touch.
I can't wait to come back to Buffalo and come back to Giancarlo's and request Tori!
