Top 6 Gluten-Free Italian Spots to Delight in Park City

After a long day of skiing and snowboarding in Park City, we actually ubered over to Lululemon for some shopping. With husband's in tow, they had zero interest in joining our shopping adventures so we looked around at what to eat and found Red Banjo Pizza. Everyone in the group thought pizza sounded amazing after a day of skiing however I was nervous to find gluten free crust but to my surprise, they offered both gluten free and cauliflower crust! Rhe table ordered garlic bread. One couple ordered a build your own: 1/2 sausage, 1/2 pepperoni and mushrooms, the other a Silver Queen on cauliflower crust and a ceasar salad. The guys had local draft beer and the girls had white wine. By the time we were leaving, there was a line out the door waiting for tables and no wonder why! The food was delicious, relatively quick, and the place is so cute! The women's bathroom had a heater in it and after a day in the snow, was a warm reprieve. They let us store the snowboards up against the wall between the seat and the wall at our table. No issues. Would definitely visit again!

I ordered a gluten free pizza to be picked up. The order was $45.07 for a 12 inch pizza. I specified on the ticket that I’m allergic to gluten. First they got my order wrong, and gave me someone else’s pizza (presumably not gluten free!) and then when they gave me what I ordered, it was essentially feta cheese sprinkled on bread with zero sauce. I am so unbelievably disappointed and will never come back.

Food was decent, but service was slow and lunch wasn't that busy. Waited over 25 minutes to order. We were about to walk out when a server finally took our order. Gluten free penne, pizza, salads, and buffalo wings. Ordered gluten free pizza, was informed after I took a bite that the pizza was not gluten free. I suffer from anaphylaxis due to a wheat allergy, Luckily the server noticed, or that could have been bad. Turned out she marked the wrong option in her app. This is a big deal to me. I hate it when I can't breathe because I ate the wrong thing. Manager owned up to it and it was on the house. Threw in a gift card. So, at least there was that. Earned a star back for that. The pizza itself was decent, with good quality ingredients. It tasted right, despite being gluten free crust the second time. The rice flour crust is crispy and New York style (which I prefer anyway). Atmosphere was average, not great or bad, meeting but not exceeding expectations. In billing, we had to send the bill back, since it didn't reflect anything "on the house". Probably not going back, gift card or not. If you're hungry, might be better to go elsewhere. The gluten free options are sufficient, but there appears to be (at the time of writing) a training issue.

We have visited Ghidotti’s regularly since its opening several years ago and have experienced excellent quality food for a reasonable price. They are very accommodating and provide delicious Gluten Free food as I have Celiac. The service delivered by the manager Kristi is exemplary along with the outstanding team of servers and ancillary staff she has hired. In fact, the service has improved considerably over the past two years. To me, good service and a happy staff are dictated by the person in charge. As always, the Old World atmosphere of the restaurant is delightful.

had a group dinner off site. i have a gluten sensitivity and ordered the gluten free, not vegan, lasagna. It was the BEST. the group also raved about the lasagna and meatballs. I will now forever order the gluten free lasagna. The bomb!
