Great service and delicious food. They immediately asked if anyone needed gluten free menu as soon as we were seated, then they changed my place mat, cutlery and cup so that all staff could see. Everything was gluten free except the ravioli.

I left for Rome with a great internal conflict: will Luciano "the king of carbonara" offer me dishes for "stars and stripes" tourists with a palate accustomed to "chicken Alfredo" or something really high-quality? The story of my adventure at this restaurant begins when I decided to write at night to find out if they could have made a gluten-free first course. Surprisingly and pleasantly, in the morning I find an email confirming that they would have provided some special pasta if I had booked. I confirm, we're off to a good start. The location is nice inside, with a few tables and well spaced out. What a beautiful thing. The outdoor area on the other hand...mmm... really ugly but, okay, I'm ready to order. Carbonara (one normal and one gluten-free). Alas, only one starter could have been gluten-free and only the sliced main courses. We opt for a first course and a dessert. The gluten free one is essentially a tiramisu without biscuits that the kitchen kindly prepares for my lady. I'll take the millefeuille. The carbonara is simply amazing: the delicious bacon is the first thing I taste and fills the palate with an aroma that is impossible to forget. At this point I try everything together, perfectly cooked homemade pasta, the egg yolk and pecorino cream with its enveloping consistency and the bacon. What an experience guys. I fell in love. If I really have to be picky, in my opinion it was missing a bit of pepper and I had the suspicion that there was parmesan mixed with pecorino but the whole thing is truly unforgettable. As far as I'm concerned, the second best carbonara I've ever tasted. My wife is less happy but in my opinion because she is disappointed at having found little other SG despite having warned. The millefeuille was also really good. Too bad about the cinnamon but that's my problem. Very good bottle of rosé wine recommended by the waiter who knows what he's talking about. Good boy. The service was kind, courteous and also witty without excess. The final price? 94 euros. In my opinion considering quality and location it seems correct. Maybe 9 euros for the glass of cream and cocoa is really a bit much. Luciano will certainly see me again.

They live up to their name and have a lot of great salad choices available. And you actually get a proper portion of fresh and well condimented salad (a full dish). They also serve a variety of other dishes from pizza to poké bowls including also several vegetarian, vegan and glutenfree choices. The pizza was also very good and properly sized :). The staff was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend if you want good food for differing tastes and/or dietary restrictions or just a tasty hasslefree dinner.

On a Sunday in the center with the family and we entered this restaurant, with the fear that it was a tourist trap.
We were welcomed to a table with a breathtaking view of the square.

Quite simply. They offer gluten-free pasta but it's pasta that you can make yourself at home with fried tomato, so quite disappointing compared to other gluten-free places I ate in Rome. Quite dirty toilets in the basement next to the kitchen and it does not give a good feeling of the place. Friendly staff.

A true authentic gem in the heart of tourist Rome. They were incredibly busy and were turning people away, so we were glad we had a reservation! Food was delicious! They had gluten free pasta, pizza, and tiramisu. I had a tasty gluten free cannelloni pasta with a meat sauce. 10/10 recommend!
