I am coeliac so have limited options to eat in Riomaggiore, and I saw that this place offered gluten free options. It was my last resort because I had found restaurants closed or sold out of their gluten free options. We saw online they closed at 8:30 and arrived at 7:45 hoping to either eat quickly or even get takeaway. While waiting we were told my the server he would be “just 1 minute”. After 15 minutes of waiting we were told by the bartender that the kitchen was closing immediately. We were given no warning when we began to line up, nor when the waiter told us he would be one minute. We were also given no option within our time waiting to order take-away food, and when we asked to do so they said the kitchen had already closed. Thanks to this I didn’t even get to eat dinner on my last night in Cinque Terre.
