There are four cafés in the space of 50m on McKeon Street and all just seconds from the beach. All are good, but if all you want is a coffee, Chalk is the place to go. 1) Campos coffee - my go to brand - consistently good. 2) usually far less busy than the other cafés, so you are in and out faster.
They store your loyalty card for you so you don't need to bring it with you.
Good range of healthy, gluten free snacks are available.
Food is good too and the atmosphere is chilled.

Great coffee , cosy chill atmosphere, lovely seat at the window looking out and super friendly staff. I didn't order food but got a cute little cookie with my coffee!
Seemed to be lot of baked goods, yummy lunch and breakfast options and catered for vegetarians, vegan, gluten free etc

Quick, great food, lovely staff. Very busy. Must make a reservation, as they were having to turn people away on a Tuesday night.
Dined with a Coeliac tonight and staff were super attentive and careful.
Great burgers. Good selection and beer on tap. Few tables outside in Anzac parade and reasonably easy to find a car park.
They serve also salads and lamb on a skewer.
No gluten free bread but other options available.
Expect top-notch pizza with vegan options, but plan for a slight wait and enjoy the easy parking.

Good pizza every time. The gold standard. These guys are also doing vegan pizza and optional gluten free bases. Consistent and happy with the service. Add 10 minutes to your order though; 15 minutes from confirmation is never enough time for your order to be ready. Easy parking.
Bowl lovers rave about the fresh fruit and great flavors here, but watch out for stems in the blueberries!

I LOVE this place. Im a regular, mostly dine in however I also get the occasional take away, and last night I ordered my first home delivery. Every interaction I have with the people at Sea Sand Thai is always pleasant, friendly and professional. The food is consistently amazing and the best thing for me they are very accomodating with vegetarian, gluten free options.
Ordered two breakfast burgers one GF and the other normal. They gave us two normal burgers after waiting 30mins. Then when we asked for the gluten free burger to be remade. We waited another 20mins before I had to go up and ask where the burger is. It was just sitting on the counter and therefore cold. Staff inattentive and clueless. Don't recommend.
