Food is always consistently good quality, there are choices of buns for all sorts of dietary requirements, some buns are better than others however as I have found that as a gluten intolerant person, their gluten free buns are undesirable. If I had to describe it I would call it rock hard. The patties are always flavourful and well seasoned, they consistently offer high quality and ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and stylistic, you are never uncomfortable eating here. The service is always efficient but nothing special, the staff are kind, but nothing to write home about. Overall solid experience for the many times I have eaten there.
Had Gluten Free pizzas as my family is coeliac asked if cross contaminated with gluten they said no and said bbq sauce was GF which I found hard to believe. The pizzas were definable cross contaminated and had traces of Gluten as my family were sick after.
If your coeliac I don't recommend.
Being a Coeliac I am always hesitant about eating out but Gluten Free bread was available and most of the menu could be adjusted for me. The service was quick and friendly and my daughter and I enjoyed a lovely lunch out. Thank you so much.
Exceptional customer service and a vibrant atmosphere make this spot a must-visit for families and food lovers alike.

Amazing customer service from the manager Kiran, and all staff. The food was superb, one of the best Nandoโs meal I have ever had. Lot of Gluten Free options, great restaurant environment and very child friendly. Will definitely be back soon!
Delicious gluten free kebab plate, great service and staff were knowledgeable and confident about dietary restrictions! He took excellent care in preparing our plates, top feed ๐๐
Great spot, very friendly service. Had a gluten free wrap. The inner part was delicious, the wrap itself was a bit on the dry side, I'd suggest looking for other gluten free wrap alternatives
Ate there today for the first time in 18 months, as we thought it weโd re-try it after having a poor experience previously, but alas it was a repeat experience. As a Coeliac, my order had to be a variation on the menu (no pre-existing GF items listed on the menu), which was fine in terms of the staff being accommodating. I ordered a Hawaiian Melt (ham, cheese, pineapple) on gluten free bread, they couldnโt make Coeliac friendly chips (fair enough) and that came with a โside saladโ. What I received for $16.95 was a slice of pineapple, a couple of slices of ham, some cheese, on one small piece of gluten-free bread (would have lucky to have been 8x9 cm) with a side salad that was made up of old and browning lettuce. Of course Iโm appreciative they had any GF options but for $16.95 it should have been 2x the melts, especially when the table next to us ordered a wrap and chips for $19.95 from the same section of the menu, sure that is $3 more but I shouldnโt have received half their amount of food. Further, if I had not been Coeliac and had received just one slice of bread with the Hawaiian toppings Iโd still feel shortchanged, more so though in my case as gluten free bread is often smaller than a โcafe sliceโ bread. Letโs just say there wonโt be a next time for us, and yes they shouldnโt have got a second chance.
