It was our first time here celebrating a birthday brunch. Shar was very helpful and the food was fast and delicious. We were happy that there were many gluten free options . Please consider gf pancakes and waffles as well.
Great atmosphere for game days with an energetic vibe, though cleanliness could use some serious improvement.

Excellent service provided by Andrew last night. Our appetizer of glutenwise hot honey wings were fantastic - as was my glutenwise pizza and my hubby's medium ham & pineapple on original crust. I'm happy to say that my body shows no signs* of cross contamination from their kitchen (being that I have celiac disease).
It would have been a perfect visit had the restaurant been in a MUCH cleaner state. Floors, tables and walls were all in poor shape with varying levels of grime and left over crumbs / sticky spots. The bathrooms were also quite gross, with a less than useful Dyson "tap" and dryer combo that made washing my hands or cleaning my toddler's face IMPOSSIBLE.
Kudos to the kitchen and service staff, thumbs down to management for letting the restaurant get that dirty.
Expect friendly service and consistent quality in a bustling yet shabby food court vibe, perfect for quick bites and favorite dips.

The ladies working here are always so friendly. The younger girl in the front went above and beyond - she's clearly familiar with her repeat customers' orders - and handled multitasking efficiently and politely (asking us for just a couple moments as she got more fries in the frier for the next customer). We were greeted, talked to while she prepared and bid adieu with a smile.
I appreciate the staff having access to (and knowing where) the allergen guide is, as gluten-free is a must as I live with celiac disease. The food quality is always the same (excellent and fresh to order). I wish I could give them a rating for atmosphere but MWTC Mall is shabby, especially the food court (and that isn't NYF's fault). Thank you for the BEST Chipotle dip I've had since being diagnosed celiac in 2018. It was so good (and GF sauces are hit and miss) that my spouse went back when we finished eating to purchase some dips for tonight's chicken burgers haha.
Manpreet is so lovely and helpful! Her customer service is fantastic. She knows me by first name and always accommodates my gluten-free preference. I love the food!

Loved our time there, food was absolutely delicious I had the grilled salmon rice bowl and they made it gluten free for me. Sadly they don’t have a lot of gluten free dishes but they were very friendly and willing to make something for me. Thank you for making my experience a good time! :)
