Found it recommended on the Michelin app. Chef 👨🍳 “Chef and "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" Jacques Rolancy concocts indulgent bistro fare within the walls of a converted mill (always cool, even in the heat of summer).” More than delivered on inventive tastes with a warm attentive staff who helped me on gluten free choices. Wonderful quirky interiors. Just loved my evening here as a solo diner. Just go. It’s a different feeling than the usual lot. Like discovering a great Velvet Underground hidden number.
They were really nice and made a special glutenfree menu for me. It was delicious! You should make a reservation, otherwise it will probably be fully booked.
