I had dinner here during the Inferno Run race. We booked at the last minute and found room for 8.
Among all we had pizzas (also gluten-free), appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts. Everything was excellent and the service was impeccable, with all the waiters kind and helpful.

Three stars are only for the waitress Alessia.
Because unfortunately when you read outside (gluten-free pasta and pizza) as a restaurant you expect a real supply of gluten-free pizza and not the frozen ones with mozzarella already on top, since those like me who can't eat casein come there with a hope for nothing, this is a piece of advice.
But then, since I didn't eat almost anything (I admit that Alessia did everything to try to please me, nothing to complain about) I ask at least if I can be given some slices of raw ham (obviously for a fee) so that I can at least make a sandwich once I get to the hotel (there wasn't even gluten-free bread) and it's panic, I have to ask this one, that one and the other one.
It seemed like a very simple request to me, if the interest is to please a customer. Then I didn't ask for anything as a gift but by paying.
I'm very sorry because the place is pleasant and the waitress is very sweet, but you have to be "up to the mark" of the things that are proposed.
This was meant to be a suggestion and not a criticism, because I had high hopes and instead I left disappointed.
