A good option in Pisa. The cafe is good and the food is also nice. There are a couple of vegan options and they also cater for gluten free diets. The price is a bit on the high price, but nothing otherworldly

It’s really no wonder this place has such a high rating—it’s 100% deserved.
First, a special thank you to VINCENZO and LISA, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Their effort made all the difference!
→ If you or someone you're traveling with has a SEVERE ALLERGY, this review might be especially helpful. We were traveling with someone who has severe allergies to DAIRY and EGG (along with a sensitivity to GLUTEN).
Eating out while traveling is always a challenge, and not every restaurant is able—or willing—to accommodate that kind of need. But this place really stepped up. They put together a custom menu and even went as far as to prepare fries from fresh potatoes using a separate cooking method—all to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
The result? DELICIOUS FOOD, AMAZING SERVICE, and PEACE OF MIND—which is priceless!
Enjoy unique vegan street food with creative combinations, a mini market vibe, and great quality at an affordable price—perfect for snacking in Pisa!

Superb vegan street food. As I'm gluten free at the minute, it was a blast that all was also available as gluten free option. The owner is a really nice guy and carries also some selection of bio products like a small mini market. Lovely idea. I had some piadinas in different combinations and with different sauces, they were all delicious. The price is adequate considering the ingredients and the quality this is. Every time in Pisa this is my go to option for snack or lunch in the square nearby.
In the heart of Pisa, this lively brewery offers a refreshing twist on casual dining with a fun vibe and a creative seasonal menu.

This place is a guarantee, highly recommended! Tasty food and captivating options, from burgers to desserts, including delicious platters and side dishes. Gluten-free options (even the burger bread) and veg. Excellent craft beers. Honest prices, adequate for the quality of the ingredients. Welcoming location, in the beating heart of Pisa at night. Friendly and professional staff. A gem: the no gender bathrooms. (The desserts were so good that I didn't have time to photograph them untouched!)
This spot offers a laid-back vibe with spacious seating and delicious options that won't break the bank, perfect for a relaxed outing.

I had a gluten free pizza, it was amazing... Haven't had such a fresh base before. My sister had pesto spaghetti and relished it.
The reason I gave it a 4 star because it could have had more toppings and I'm used to eating a bit of spicy pizza. Just a personal preference and nothing about the quality of food. It was really good. The service was excellent.

A fairly new idea, certainly in Pisa. There are many tiramisu choices, including gluten-free and vegan (delicious!).
Recently the portions have become much larger, and are now appropriate for the price – a few months ago they were definitely too small. I will be back soon.
