My son took me here as I was staying locally. Love the food. Service was excellent.
My son needs to have gluten free food and the way the staff dealt with this was outstanding. The manager had to take the order and prepare it themselves.
Someone else initially took the order but then she realised it was important to get the manager.
Seamless visit and it certainly put my mind at ease with how the essential excluding of gluten was handled. Well done Wagamama.
It's in the East Midland Designer outlet so parking was free and close to the venue.

We had afternoon tea for a birthday celebration. It was yummy, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Our party had a mix of traditional afternoon tea, gluten free traditional afternoon tea, and the winter warmer afternoon tea. Cannot fault the food or the service

We were very happy we ended up at Lotus lounge as it was a Sunday and everything else was closed!! The food was absolutely mouthwatering and the service was excellent. Suzanne was our waitress and we explained to her that I was Gluten free. And she remembered that every time I ordered, and made sure I did not order anything that would make me ill. The service was quick as lightning and we would still be eating and our next plate would be on its way. We could order as much as we wanted, because we decided to have the buffet options.
We'll definitely be back again.
6 of us went for breakfast with various allergies and intolerances including vegan, gluten, lactose and dairy. The menu caters for all with a wide choice for everyone and substituting is simple. Staff are incredibly helpful, nothing is impossible and we all left well fed and we'll watered without it costing a fortune or being to much trouble. Highly recommended whether you have special dietary requirements or not.
