The gluten free bun was hard as a rock and shriveled up. They were out of half their menu and beverages and the toy machines stole money from us. The employees were rude.

The food was excellent and our server was great, but the cook times were really slow. It took 30 minutes to get food. The gluten free pasta and broccoli were cold as if the food had been sitting in the pass. We come often to this location and while we will continue to eat there, it was 1:30 in the afternoon, so I can only imagine the food cook and deliver times during peak hours.

We ordered lunch today and all around it a horrible experience. The gentleman taking my order ( my receipt says Wade) was rude and seemed very irritated. We ordered a Gluten free pizza, XL pepperoni pizza, and 24 traditional wings. The Gluten free pizza crust was so hard you couldn’t chew it. The wings were soggy and nasty. Definitely not worth the $60 bucks as we just threw it away! UPDATE: I was asked to send them a email after posting this review. I sent the email for them to respond with the same response as below. They didn’t offer to make it right or ANYTHING!!! Definitely won’t be ordering again. If I could give zero stars I would. 2nd UPDATE: I received this response today. Hello Kelly, im sorry to here about you recent experience at our restaurant. I will be going over procedures with the crew to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Usually this joint is on point! But after my visit last night my mind is changed completely. Walk in with my family and had to wait 30-45 minutes for any type of food because the staff was too busy on the tv watching sports. Not only that I ASKED and ORDERED from the gluten free menu as I have a gluten allergy and while I’m eating our waiter asked if I wanted THE GLUTEN FREE NOODLES BECAUSE I WAS EATING THE REGULAR NOODLES. What was the point of asking for the gluten free menu if I didn’t get gluten free? Left this place itching. Bad bad bad. Maybe if you paid more attention to the guests then the sports on tv this review would have been better

We made reservations, and we were seated right away. They have a gluten-free menu. The steak, shrimp, lobster tail, and mac n cheese skillet tasted great. The ribs tasted good but did not fall off the bones. The service and atmosphere were excellent.

I wish they had options in hamburger meat vegan pattys or bean pattys. Gluten free buns. The staff okay take forever to order some times it busy I understand. I wish they had more options for vegan like some places. Hopefully corporate see this and adds this to the menu.

We eat here at least once per month. Great variety of food choices to include Gluten Free options. Prices are moderate and the service is always great. It can get super packed up front with customers standing around, some of 40 minutes, which creates a log jam and it's hard to navigate through the people.

The gluten free pancakes are great and the service is always fast. The food makes me and my family feel heavy, so probably not the BEST quality, but still delicious.
