Absolutely fantastic! They have fresh gluten free pasta that is out of this world delicious. My daughter and I stayed there for 2 hours enjoying drinks, appetizers, salad, pasta and dessert. All gluten free and wonderful! The service is a perfect blend of attentive and allowing you to have your space. I have eaten here three time so far. I will be back anytime I am in Carmel. Did I mention fresh made gluten free pasta!!!

Ordered the Garlic Cream Fettucini and it was dry so we asked for more sauce. It had to be approved by the manager since it was made to order. They made more sauce and brought it out. I also ordered the gluten free BBQ chicken pizza and it was great! My daughter even like it and stole a piece!

Nothing incredible aside from over priced donuts, texture and flavor was ok. If you had tried “Duck Doughnut “ then you’ll understand why i gave only 3 stars to Sidecar doughnuts . Bcoz when you say maple bacon it’s literally maple bacon. They will dip the donut in maple sauce and crispy fry bacon… in front of you then hand you the donut. The only part i like to this shop is they sell gluten free and vegan doughnuts. Not so many shops has that choices.

We had an amazing dine-in experience and food was simply exquisite and delightful. Coming from Bay Area, it’s really hard to find a place with such amazing taste and a cafe that is Thai and Vegan. The host was very welcoming and took into consideration of making all our dishes Gluten-Free. To-Go dish was perfectly wrapped as well with a foil inside a compostable container to retain the contents warm while not making the container soggy. Food - 6/5 Price - Nominal Ambience - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Would love to return here anytime of the year!

Hubby and I are new to Santa Cruz. We were shopping at Trader Joe's this evening and decided to go across the street to the indoor food mall. We almost missed it. It's a hidden gem. If you love Puerto Rican food, you will love Pana. Funny thing is, I was looking for something gluten free. They are gluten free! The flavors! The service! If I had questions, they were answered. The yucca fries 🍟 were delicious and filling. The fried plantains were perfecto! The green garlic sauce was divine! I enjoyed the dish with the beef, plantains, I added basil, mozzarella and avocado 🥑, black beans wrapped in a gluten free corn DELICIOUS wrap!! Guys! Please go find this place! So much food, we have leftover plantains and yucca fries. Air fryer tomorrow morning 😄. They cut everything fresh! You can watch them prepare your food while you read all the printed reviews that the restaurant has posted. Abbott square is the mall. They are located in that area. God bless them! I had a really lovely dinner date here this evening. We sat on the back patio, which is at the end of a little walkway on the side of the building. It was peaceful, quiet, and sheltered from the wind and sun, so we got to enjoy the fresh air without being too cold or hot. We went early in the evening, and had the patio to ourselves, which was a treat! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were very kind. We will definitely be coming back to try more dishes, and sending our friends there as well. It was just a really pleasant dining experience. I have celiac disease, so I need to be very careful to avoid gluten. Nearly the entire menu is gluten free, with the few dishes that have gluten helpfully marked so that you know which ones to avoid. I felt great after the meal!

Love this place, we always have great service and food! We always get a few orders of the gluten-free lettuce wraps and I always have a bowl of the hot and sour soup. My new favorite entree is the Fire Braised Short Ribs the meat is always tender and there is a delicious sauce you pour which is great. Let me not forget to mention it comes with pineapple fried rice, im not sure if this is on the menu anywhere else but it should be.

I got the leg of lamb. That was some “last meal on earth” level tasty food. Pretty sure the sauce has gluten in it and I’m allergic but I didn’t even care. It was worth every moment of suffering in the days to come. I live 6 hours away but I’m definitely coming back

This may be the best food I've eaten in an airport restaurant. Had the chicken adobo with garlic fried rice and a mochi. They also gave me soup. All options were clearly labeled as vegetarian or gluten free as appropriate-- since I'm GF this meant I clearly could see my (many) GF options. Great meal!

I ordered a gluten free Brooklyn pizza from Flippin' and they sent me a burnt pizza! You guys can do better than that. If the pizza looks burnt, you should just remake it next time. The flavor was terrible as a result and I only ate half because I was hungry and had no other alternative.

Thank you WaBa Grill for offering great food and most of it is naturally gluten free. I love the salmon bowl and it's good with rice or if you get all veggies with no rice. Thank you for the options. This place is amazing. The chicken tacos were very tasty. I was attending GrowthDay Live at the Alex Theater and this is conveniently located nearby. It's also close to the Brand Plaza Hotel. The service was excellent. Very friendly and even remembered my order when I went in a 2nd time (I mentioned the tacos were tasty, didn't I?). I have to eat gluten free. There are several gluten free options (including the chicken tacos). The price was also extremely reasonable. I highly recommend stopping by and eating some tacos (or anything else on the menu).

Amazing Place, still getting into the groove since it's very new so be patient. The broth and food is delicious! Recommended cooking times are online as well as in the restaurant but I'll post one here just in case. They do have gluten free options(most of the meat, fish, and of course vegetables are gluten free as is the broth itself). There are even vermicelli noodles! I myself love every type of noodle they have, but the glass noodles are my favorite.
