Gluten free options galore! Vegetarian also. We loved the food and our server, Kaitlin, was hilarious and made our time there amazing. We wish we had eaten all of our meals here on our trip.

Our family of four went here. Our 12 year old is gluten intolerant. The food was amazing and nearly the whole menu could be made gluten free. The highlights were the cabbage main and the cold pea soup. Both wee unique and delicious. The only downside is that the kitchen is small and the food takes a while to- expect to spend 90 minutes getting appetizers and dinner. Worth it though!

I can't thank Trio Restaurant enough for catering our family Christmas celebration! They did an absolutely incredible job, and it was one of the highlights of our entire week. We had 19 people in our group, and Trio took care of every detail. Night one featured a delicious spaghetti dinner with mushroom ravioli, and night two was a spectacular three-course meal, including braised short ribs and Scottish salmon. What truly stood out was how accommodating they were—offering gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free options for some of our family members without any hassle. A special thank you to Josh and KC, who not only cooked but also served us with such warmth and professionalism. So many family members came up to me after dinner saying it was the best meal they’d ever had! Your staff was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional, exceeding all expectations. I’m so grateful for all your help throughout the year as we planned this event. Your flexibility, guidance, and commitment to making our celebration perfect truly made a difference. The meal was unforgettable, and we’ll be talking about it for years to come!

Loved this spot! We polled several locals for their favorite brunch spots and almost everyone mentioned Jake's, so we knew we had to try it. It has more of a boutique/homey feel than some other places, and everyone working was extremely nice. Food and drinks also came out very fast. We got the short rib Benedict and lobster roll without a roll (GF, of course!), plus a side of fries. All were super good. I also had a rosie margarita, which was very pretty and not cloyingly sweet. We ordered a couple desserts to go - they had several gluten free baked goods, so I was really happy. One of the slices of cake (not GF) was as big as our heads... wild. Definitely stop by this place when you're in town. I recommend not driving as their drink menu is very extensive and everything looked great; would've loved to have another if we weren't driving home right after!

We sat at the bar, the bartender was super friendly and accommodating for my partners celiac disease. The cauliflower pizza crust was so good, the pasta was meh. Would get 2 pizzas next time.

Love the friendliness of the owner and staff. The vibe was awesome. Disco playing as we ate our lunch. I loved my arugala salad with chicken. The half was filling with asparagus, colorful grape tomatoes and perfectly cut chicken... The right amount of dressing too. I helped myself to Ls fries which were perfect. Not too fat or thin... And gluten free is marked on the menu. The fries aren't gf Bc they are fried in the same oil as the chicken but that doesn't hurt me so yay! L loved her pie which was homemade. Said it was the best she had in 15 years.

I was so glad to find a very reasonably priced restaurant with American food...no fancy, overpriced California vegan, gluten free, blah, blah , blah food there! Huge menu to chose from & breakfast served all day! Great portion sizes too. I spent $26 on a regular no frills grilled cheese at a tourist trap bar 2 blks down from John's! The next day I found John's and bought a whole meal for $6 including drink. I did bring my food back to my hotel patio. As the ambiance is definately a priority there. Its an old school diner. Nothing fancy but good!

We ordered take out because the dining room is closed. All of the food was wonderful and the pricing and service is great! My friend has celiacs and they were very helpful letting us know what was safe for her to eat. Everything tasted amazing and the people are super sweet!
