Wonderful food and even better staff! It was just a wonderful first experience. As someone who is allergic to gluten I did not end up getting sick. That doesn’t mean people with cilac won’t get sick. I’m just saying I was able to eat here comfortably!
Known for its unique chicken options and quick service, this spot is a fan favorite with delicious flavors and a vibrant atmosphere.

Love this place! Long-time fan. Spontaneously pulled in when I saw it on El Camino, it was the second day it was open.
Delicious, tender chicken that's great in all forms - tenders, sandwiches, toppers on salads, etc. Their breading is gluten-free so we can eat here with friends and families who need GF. Staff is always nice, service is quick.
With a quick ordering system and generous portions, this spot is perfect for a speedy, satisfying experience without sacrificing quality.

Gluten free options are available. Even desserts! I enjoyed their chicken enchiladas and a peanut butter cookie. The portions are big. I like their coffee, too. It’s strong, but not bitter, and they have non dairy milk options for those who need it.
It’s one of those places you order at the entrance. I like these when I’m in a hurry since you’ve already paid.
Kick back in a clean, spacious spot with cute decor while enjoying decent margaritas and tasty ceviche in a relaxed atmosphere.

The margaritas here are decent and the ceviche was tasty. A Gluten free Friendly menu is available upon request which helps to put me at ease with ordering food. The staff are friendly. Restaurant is spacious, clean and has cute decor.

Been here a couple times already and yeah if you’re vegetarian or vegan, this place is the one. Like, stop scrolling, this is it.
Tons of variety. Like, the kind of menu where you stare at it for 10 minutes thinking, am I hungry or just emotionally unprepared to make a decision?
Had the spicy noodle soup before fantastic. Fresh spring rolls? Honestly hard to beat. But this time I went for the house special rice clay pot and it blew me away. Full of flavor, perfectly balanced, and straight-up comfort food for the soul.
Also tried the BBQ gluten vermicelli refreshing and super flavorful. Doesn’t even feel like “vegetarian food,” it just tastes good.
Showed up on a Saturday around 2pm thinking I could sneak in between the lunch rush…absolutely wrong. The place was packed. But for good reason.
This is definitely one of those spots you keep coming back to just to explore the menu. Every dish feels like a new main character.
Gluten-free win. We ordered the "Chelsea" spicy (spicy was optional): mozzarella, pesto, spinach, zucchini, tomatos and onions--wow!! It was so much more delicious than we even expected. We also ordered a sweet crepe that was super yummy, but the savory hit it out of the park. We loved that they had gluten-free crepes and ordering was painless. Not too pricey and very good!!!
Experience a flavor-packed gem in downtown with 24/7 service, tons of options, awesome ambiance, and a delightful vibe that keeps you coming back!

First I ordered a medium size pizza vegetarian pizza because that was the option for gluten free bread, it came out too 31$. So instead I ordered a small instead. The taste was ok. If I do come back I probably order the chilli paneer.
Updating my review came back, for lunch and what difference, the sandwich was made perfect the gluten free wrap was perfect, the atmosphere was amazing, definitely will be back
DAY3- SICK AS A DOG- NOT GF
Hobee’s is a fabulous restaurant. But! The Sunnyvale one has failed the gluten-free test.
If you are gluten-free by necessity, the Sunnyvale Hobee’s isn’t worth the risk. I ordered poached eggs and gluten free potatoes. The potatoes were obviously cooked on the same grill as pancakes. I’ve been violently ill and in agonizing pain for three days! An obvious gluten reaction.
Do the workers think it’s funny to cause people horrible pain and suffering? Are they lazy? Not properly trained?
The Mountain View and Palo Alto Hobee’s do extremely well with gluten-free preparation. Try these ones if you’d like to enjoy a gluten-free Hobee’s meal

This place has great Margaritas! Chips and salsa are yummy! A few gluten free options on the menu such as, fajitas and tequila prawns (as pictured) I love going here and sitting outside. Pet friendly! Friendly staff, and mostly reasonable prices. I always enjoy coming back here!
Known for its rapid service and universally loved for its flavors.

This is my go-to place for dinner whenever I'm in Sunnyvale. The food here is bursting with flavor! I'll definitely take some photos next time. I absolutely love the salad with roasted vegetable topping, and the lentil soup, baba ghanoush, and hummus make for delicious sides. The sauces are also on point! If you're not gluten-free, my husband highly recommends the za'atar chips on the salad. My family also enjoys their meat dishes. While it's primarily a take-out restaurant, they do have a few tables if you prefer to dine in.
A go-to spot known for its consistently great experience, though the bread's been a bit dry lately, it still impresses with its charm.

Amazing place my go to. Staff is friendly and polite and always gets our order right. Being gluten it’s hard to find places and this place always get its right. Only reason for the 4 stars is the gluten free bread this time seemed extra drier then normal but other then that amazing experience again
Enjoy a cozy vibe with a variety of options for everyone, making it a perfect spot for delicious meals any time.

We have eaten here twice. Great experience both times. Lot of vegetarian and gluten free options. I love how cozy and warm this place is. Delicious food!
The food is so delicious. I keep coming back every chance I can. If you don't know SAJJ I'd say it's like the Chipotlé of Mediterranean food, but with more options and lots of veggies. Almost entirely gluten-free (celiac here) too.
A punk rock vibe with speedy service, but the ramen gets mixed reviews from global travelers.

Decent ramen. However as an Asian who has experienced various type of ramen in her own part of the world, Ramen Seas is about 3 stars in my opinion. About average, quite edible but nothing that I super like. Also funny they have gluten free noodles but has no gluten free broth to accompany it. 🤔
Happy hour buzz with $3 off starters and good vibes, though drink consistency might be hit or miss.

Good happy hour here! $3 off starters. We ordered Margaritas, the first round was great. The second round the Margs tasted like soap! The wait staff was kind.. she comped the drinks and gave us a new round to make it right. The shrimp tacos and carnitas were good! Street tacos are the only gluten free starters on the menu. Slaw and fried onions on the side (slaw has dairy).
Expect a delightful mix of unique dishes and a cozy vibe that's perfect for both dining in and takeout.

I order from here regularly. But ate at the restaurant for the first time. Lot of vegetarian and gluten free options. Food is good 😋 especially the variety of Bao 💯
Love the burn garlic fried rice! Service was also great 😊
This is a family-run small business, and it is wonderful! It is run by a couple who treat their few employees like family, and the food shares their love!
They have options for anyone, so if you don’t see what you want, call them and ask for it. The Follow Your Dream roll came from a craving during my pregnancy, and it has made it onto their menu. Their food is fabulous, and their service is wonderful. Please, support this small business, and then enjoy your meal!
In my included photos:
House made Miso soup
Steamed Edamame
Avocado roll
Grilled Salmon Kama
Chicken Karaage
Asparacado roll
California Roll
Shrimp on Fire
Follow Your Dream
special order: Gluten Free Asparacado roll (steamed asparagus with avocado, and add cream cheese)
It was all delicious as always!
It's a chill spot with fresh, healthy flavors, perfect for families, and a nice vibe without loud music—definitely worth a return visit!

To be honest, it's a place that had to grow on me.
The food is not overly oily, spicy, creamy, salty, etc. Perhaps because it's not too stimulating, it may lack an initial "wow" , and I see other people calling the food bland.
But now, I've come to appreciate that the food is fresh, healthy, clean, and even plated with care. You don't have to regret eating it after.
There are other details I've come to appreciate:
- No loud music blasting
- People are friendly.. and I always see young families enjoying themselves
- The tea doesn't develop that 'film' that tea often does.. and you can add sugar yourself to taste
- Clear gluten free and Jain options
All in all, it's a place that you can keep coming back to.
About two years ago the hubby and I frequented ramen joints. There was nothing more delicious than a salty broth, soft noodles, and boiled eggs. But then the hubby found out he had celiac and ramen became the enemy. For those of you who don't know ramen is basically wheat noodles in wheat broth. We were delighted to find a restaurant that offers a gluten free ramen that is vegetarian to boot! Satisfying both our dietary needs.
The ramen was hearty and satisfying, and we used the special yelp check-in deal to add an egg and red ginger. Both were delicious. The service was great and the restaurant had a pretty chill vibe. If I didn't leave 800 miles away I'd happily come back and sample more, but sadly we will have to wait for a gluten free ramen restaurant to open up in our neighborhood.
Expect a fantastic variety of flavors that delight everyone, with standouts like paneer vegetarian pizza that impress at any event.

We ordered 7 pizzas for a work event and had many different dietary needs to accommodate. They were excellent and everyone loved the food and flavors. The paneer vegetarian pizza was a hit and the gluten free & dairy free pizza was even delicious!
Great food. lovely music. When I really need some good pita bread and I'm going to break my gluten-free diet this is one of the places I go to. I love their Pita I love their gyros their Falafel and hummus is good too. They have lovely fresh garlic fries and a good Greek salad

The ambiance at this restaurant is serene with soothing Nepali music in the background. They even take music requests and offer an open mic! I found the open mic to be a very memorable experience and enjoyable with friends.
The seating options are plentiful, and the outdoor area was perfect for me and my little pet Bella. Despite the high foot traffic, the servers remain friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
I love it here because of their considerate menu. I love how they have incorporated gluten free options, vegetarian options and even halal options on their menu!
Recently we utilized their catering service over the weekend, and they exceeded our expectations. The food arrived on time, beautifully presented, and clearly labeled. As some of our guests were vegetarian, it was very important for us to have clear information. Over all and most importantly the food was the star of the show, everything was absolutely delicious.

Recently visited this food truck and we completely loved it. Was really intrigued as soon I read they serve millet based idli, dosa and sweets. I have celiac and I am gluten free so it’s hard to find places with no handling of rava and stuff. And it’s almost impossible to find a sweet without gluten. We loved the Sundal a lot, it gave the taste and vibe of matar chat from my hometown in MP. Mysore masala dosa was amazing as well. The food is very homelike and tasty. Filter coffee can be improved a little. I would love to come here as my regular food joint.

Amazing food and very friendly staff. Food has authentic Indian taste and is made fresh. The Buffet has lots of options. Highly recommend it. They do have gluten free Roti as well which is rare and amazing.
I have a gluten allergy and they were very kind to make me something from scratch that was 100% gluten free. Great service, not crowded, and delicious food!
Hey, this place isn't trying to compete with the bigger "dinner" establishments, and they don't need to. A straightforward menu, simplified ingredients, and good healthy cooking makes this our new taco spot for quick eats! They also offer burrito bowls as gluten free options, and a kids menu for the little ones.
A great spot for takeout with a delightful mix of flavors and plenty of vegetarian options to choose from.

Really enjoyed our food from Mom's Biryani. Staff were super friendly and we loved the biryani and butter chicken in particular. Highly recommended for a delicious take out. Food was also gluten free, and there were lots of vegetarian options.

This little hole in the wall Italian restaurant has been around in Sunnyvale for ages. They offer Gluten-free pasta, but you must ask your waiter to swap out the regular pasta with the gluten-free kind. The menu is confusing, so look online and study it. I had no idea pasta came with my entree and did not ask for it GF. What the waiter brought out looked delicious! Salad was basic. The salmon was delicious, veggies were basic, and cooked well.
A hidden gem with attentive service and memorable dishes that effortlessly surpass expectations in a charming atmosphere.

The food was excellent and staff was unusually attentive to my need to eat gluten free. The server suggested the chicken and modified the sides (quinoa salad was a nice touch). The hummous and cheese dip(?) was memorable. It looked like a nice place, and still far exceeded my expectations.
Good food, good service, heated outdoor seating. I would go again. My only complaint is their menu. If you say GF means gluten free, the whole dish should be gluten free.
