Fly to Denver just to eat here. Outstanding gluten free options including pancakes, fries, soup. This place has 3 kitchens! One dedicated gf, one for vegetarian and a regular kitchen. Everyone around us raved about their food. It’s great to find a place that is gf and yummy for my non-gf friends. Eric was a fantastic waiter! We will stop by every time we come through!

I ordered the BLT on gluten free bread. Fast service - I ordered from the Togo window. I was glad for the quick service as my flight was going to leave in 35 minutes. It came in about 5 minutes

After using Uber eats, Papa John’s couldn’t fulfill our gluten free order, yet I’m being charged bc I canceled. We saw some hotel guests with pizza and I asked where it was from…MOD not only got our order right, they made sure we had extras I had forgotten about when ordering. 10 stars!!! Don’t sleep on this place and don’t order at the big boxes. The price a quality was MUSH BETTER!!

I have been to this restaurant in Boulder and they are great about GF accommodations and it was the same here in terminal B. They serve breakfast until 2pm but my go to is the sweet potato hash on the menu it is delicious.

First time here but man it’s a perfect little diner with amazing food. The breakfast burrito is huge and the smoked turkey on my sandwich was incredible. The menu has everything you could want or need. I’m so glad we found this little spot. I wish they had some gluten free options but other than that - great spot!

The wife ordered 2 of the same burger, but one had a gluten-free bun, then ran to make our connection. We got on the plane and realized we had no way to tell which burger was the GF burger. I took a guess and guessed wrong. An epipen and a few benadryl later we made it home. Great food. Just wish they had marked one or the other.

Was looking for a Gluten-free spot in the area, celiac and have to be careful where, what I eat. This place did not disappoint!. Excellent and very tasty. The Pho is on point. 100%!.

The lead was really on top of things and the person making my sandwich actually gave me extra of condiments when I asked for them. They have gluten free bread as an option. Get it Mike’s way! You won’t regret it!

Staying at the hotel overnight for another flight. Thankfully they have gluten free foods listed on the menu for lunch. I had the lobster tacos and they tasted amazing. Then the chocolate torte. They were out of the raspberry sorbet, but they still presented a delicious dessert, though I think the raspberry would put it right over the top. Next time for sure.

I have food sensitivities (gluten, dairy, egg, beef, sesame, etc..) I ordered the Singapore noodles, and hopes of getting something that was gluten free. The menu gave no sense of the ingredients. I asked about the ingredients when I gave my order, and the guy taking my order simply said rice noodles, pork, shrimp. Those ingredients are fine, but when I got the meal it had egg all throughout it. I have been picking through it for the last 20 to 25 minutes. The flavor's good, and if I didn't have this food sensitivity this would be fine meal. My biggest complaint was that there's no way of finding out either on their menu, from their staff or from their website, the ingredients that are in the food. Shame on me, I should have kept on walking.

High quality, healthy, filling food with lots of gluten free options. I love their falafel, grilled chicken, and the diced up vegetables. It's completely bonkers that there will be 400 people in the line at Chick-fil-A when this awesome place is totally dead!

Not your typical airport food. I went to eat at the bar, the bartender was awesome, and even helped me order off menu. I saw someone else come in later that asked about Gluten Free, and they had an entire menu just for that. Food was excelent. Seriously great, like you would expect at any high end chophouse. And they were quick. Really appreciated even though I was not in a rush this time. The drinks were well made too.. no short pours like you get from a lot of airport bars. Bottom line... in or out of the airport, this place is top notch!
