The food was outstanding. Wide variety of healthy items, vegan, gluten free. We walked in about 30 minutes before closing and sometimes you get employees with attitude but not here. Outstanding friendly and professional. Great atmosphere and overall fantastic place to grab something to eat or to go. Highly recommended.
The food was amazing. I had a Cuban sandwich in gluten-free bread and was delicious, and the employees were very friendly and very helpful 😀 . I will go there again for sure. Thank you 😊.

This is the first restaurant my wife and I ate at in CT. Stopped in because I seen online they offered a gluten free bun. Sadly they no longer had a gf bread option. However! The entire experience was outstanding! The staff were so very kind and attentive! We were really grateful for the hospitality after a very long day on the road. I got the chicken sandwich without a bun and it was incredibly delicious! The chicken was huge and so flavorful! My wife had the corned beef egg rolls which are house made and they were super delicious! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

accommodation for gluten free, they have gluten-free soy sauce and most dishes are easily substituted. Bit of an issue when seeking to make special rolls off menu to enjoy more of a vegan roll. just don't try to go off menu even if they have all the ingredients. super helpful staff

The food was very good! I ordered the hash and eggs. Everything was cooked perfectly. They had gluten free breads and buns. The service was good and fast. It was fairly quiet while still having a diner feel. I also noticed the toast was carefully buttered covering both slices entirely.

A nice little sandwich shop. My daughter picked it because they offer gluten free options. She was very pleased with her sandwich. Tough to find good gluten free sandwiches, and we were not disappointed! I had their Italian and it was very good!
