With regular and gluten free options, this place is a great lunch or snack stop. Staff was friendly and attentive, atmosphere was friendly, prompt, and energized.
Food was very good.🙂 They were busy but we got served pretty fast. I had never been to a Culvers, so it was a new experience Its not an inexpensive place to eat as far as fast food. But there are several menu choices. Plus they have gluten free buns on request.
Went here because are in town for doctors appointments. The staff is friendly and attentive. When ordering a gluten free sandwich, the cashier turned to the kitchen staff and notified them of allergy. The staff acknowledged. We came back twice today and had great experiences both times. Would highly recommend, especially for those with Gluten Intolerance’s, as there are a lot of options and the staff is knowledgeable in what to do for it.
Really worked with us for gluten free. They are from China, so the food is very authentic. They were glad to hear our suggestions for more options for gluten free.
This spot offers amazing take out pizza! Numerous types of crust including gluten free and best yet they have vegan cheese AND vegan sausage so you can have the best vegan pie in all of Moline! Order from here, you won’t be disappointed!
Good food and service... they even have a gluten-free bun for those of us extremely gluten intolerant - it is wrapped separately, but may not be safe for celiacs. The BEST gluten-free bun you will eat!!! ❤️

As usual great breakfast. Just wish you could sub fruit for pancakes, toast or french toast. I have to be gluten free and there is no sub for the wheat items.
What a disappointment! We were going to head out to Exotic Thai, but thought we would instead eat at Sriracha and walk along the river. We arrived and immediately were seated at a booth. This was the ONLY impressive thing about it. We waited more than 20 minutes with our menus closed and at the end of the table to signal we were ready. I even announced it once to one of the employees. We tried to get the attention of the employees, but they kept waving us off. Finally, I got up and asked if we would be served. This got a response, but what a disappointing response. The waitress was about as condescending as they come, and she would not take any hint to change her approach. The meal was average at best and mine was missing some of the ingredients. I found myself in a position of convincing the waitress about it and even asked her to please get the menu to confirm. We were also informed that we could not do a noodle swap, even though the menu notes to inform of gluten-free needs and they would prepare the dish accordingly. The waitress said she could not communicate to the cooks because of a "language barrier." Really?! After our meal, we waited again..and waited. I got up to inform the crew that we were finished and this helped to close out our meal. We will never be back and we look forward to our next visit to Moline and eating at Exotic Thai.
Perfect little diner filled with amazing foods from breakfast to burritos. Excellent service quiet atmosphere peaceful and good sized portions. You won't leave hungry no matter what you choose from the menu.

I am writing to you regarding a recent experience I had at the Chipotle location in Moline, IL on the evening of January 24, 2023, between 6:15 pm and 6:45 pm.
I want to start by saying that I have been a regular customer at Chipotle and have always appreciated the healthy options your establishment provides. However, my recent visit was quite unpleasant, and I feel it is important to bring it to your attention.
Upon arriving at the counter, I explained to the staff that I have celiac disease, a medical condition that requires certain accommodations to avoid cross-contamination. I requested fresh ingredients, new spoons, and a change of gloves, similar to the precautions taken for a gluten allergy. Initially, the staff was accommodating and began fulfilling my request.
Unfortunately, the situation took a turn when one staff member, whom I have attached a photo of for reference, engaged in an argument with me down the line. She insisted that they were not required to switch spoons or provide fresh ingredients for a "gluten allergy." Despite my attempts to explain my medical condition and the importance of these accommodations, she argued otherwise and eventually agreed to do it as a one-time exception. She also refused to provide her name, stating that she was not legally obligated to do so.
I want to highlight that the gentleman working the register intervened and assured me that he would take care of my order for the remainder of my visit. He suggested calling ahead in the future for such requests, but I expressed my willingness to wait and observe the process. I understand the challenges associated with handling allergens in a fast-food environment but believe that education and understanding can go a long way in ensuring a positive experience for customers with specific dietary needs.
The incident left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the lack of courtesy demonstrated by this particular staff member. I hope that she was just having a bad night, but her actions were distressing, and I felt compelled to bring it to your attention. As someone with limited dining options due to my condition, I choose Chipotle because it has been a reliable and safe choice for me.
I want to acknowledge the rest of the crew who went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Despite this isolated incident, I appreciate the efforts of your team to provide excellent service.
I understand that there may be a brief training video on gluten precautions, but I wanted to emphasize that certain aspects, such as cross-contamination of spoons touching tortillas and then being placed back in the same food bins, may not be adequately addressed. I believe that fostering a culture of understanding and empathy among your staff can greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

Service - The one individual circled in the photo was rude, snide, and unprofessional. Would have received 0 stars if it weren't for her co-workers who stepped in and assisted me.
Atmosphere - Would have been 4 stars but I could hear her talking to her co-workers in the back, etc. while I sat and ate.
Enjoyed this place very much! Hip and lovely decor and the menu was awesome! Food was EXCELLENT. So fresh, combinations were unique and so flavorful! Wish we lived closer, this place would be a staple of ours. Only reason I gave 4 stars is our server was uninformed about what menu items could be prepared/altered gluten free. Luckily my family knows well enough what foods to avoid.
