My family eats here for every major event and enjoys it. I would like to see more gluten free options, and maybe a dairy free substitute for the butter as I had few options for sides. But overall, this establishment and our server were great.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn they have veggie burgers! It tastes AMAZING 🍔 They also have a lettuce wrap option which is great for people who have a gluten sensitivity like me!

This place is normally a high 4 for us on food. But it seems to keep going down hill since they have messed up one of our order everytime wether it be an online order or in the restaurant. They don’t know what has gluten and dairy in and and the last time I ordered my flautas I asked if they were gluten free and dairy free and became sick. I called back to ask about it the lady told me there isn’t a lot of dairy in them and doesn’t bother people but they come prefrozen that way so they can’t take it out. Like me not having an allergic reaction right Infront of them doesn’t count, they would have to see it happen. Yesterday I ordered the only thing I really can now, Fajitas, since everything else comes premade and frozen with dairy involved. I asked for no dairy of any kind and no gluten. The waiter repeated it back to me. When my order arrives it had cheese on the beans and the corn tortillas looked to be flour. I asked the waiter and he said yes they were flour and got me new beans without cheese and new corn tortillas. I still had a raction to the food I ate so I’m guessing there was something hidden in my food yet again that I wasn’t aware of. It’s so very frustrating that a simple request from the beginning is blown off so easily. If some one asked for fish and got chicken it would be addressed and more so from the beginning of the order there probably wouldn’t be a mix up. If you asked for a coke and got tea you would be upset if it was a constant occurrence. It happens constantly to the point where they act like they don’t know what’s on the menu and roll their eyes when it’s requested not to have it. Looks like we will have to try some other places when we feel like Mexican food. Not to mention the atmosphere is so very loud in there with a drunk and belligerent table that a lot of the staff kept hanging out around assuming it was friends or coworkers of theirs. Just odd to see 6-8 employees at a table of drunk girls when cups are sitting empty on the edge of the tables waiting to be filled. Our waiter was nice and attentive and brought me new beans and corn tortillas, just sucks that I’ve been sick from eating there yet again. 😕

I hope the amazing employees at this location are given all the credit they deserve. I came here for breakfast when visiting from out of town. They were close to our hotel and had gluten free options. Our server was Kage and he made the experience as easy as can be. Got refills without us asking, he communicated when there was a slight delay in the kitchen, all around great service. Also the cleanest IHOP I have ever seen.

I wanted to leave a review because not only is the sushi delicious, but the wait staff was so kind and attentive, I felt they deserved a mention. We asked for a certain roll to be made without gluten ingredients (I'm sensitive,not Celiac) and my request was taken seriously and they went above and beyond my expectations. My gf rolls were served on separate plates and they even brought me gf soy sauce. Thank you!

This Fazoli"s is by far the best one. The staff is amazing and the food is wonderful! I love that you have Gluten free pasta. The mozzarella balls OMG theeeee best!! From dessert to bread sticks and a cold strawberry lemonade its a win! I want to recognize Jalyn. This young lady is so polite and has the best customer service EVER! She deserves a raise! Five Guys is always really good. They staff is friendly and helpful, all locations are good about my gluten intolerance and make it easy. The fries are always great. The prices feel hogh - but inflation is hitting everything, and food prices at grocery stores are high currently, too.
