Came with a friend, who was gluten free.
From the start we could tell the waitress wasn’t attentive (she ignored us for a while and didn't know the answer to many questions we asked about the menu) and after mentioning the allergy 3 times to her, she assured us the whole meal would be GF.
When the meal came out the ticket didn’t show GF according to the food runner so we asked her AGAIN and she again assured us it was GF.
Well my friend was sick all night, nearly costing her an urgent care visit and when we called back to let the restaurant know that they need to be more attentive and careful, the manager brushed my friend off. Like seriously? Do better.
Great little restaurant inside First Nation Bank building on the lower level. Has a few gluten free choices on the menu. I explained that my husband has Celiac Disease, so they washed down the prep equipment before making his food. The owners are also super nice and friendly and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. 5 stars!
Food is really good. Very fresh nice variety of italian food. They have gluten free pasta and wholeweat pizza. They also offer lunch specials. Parking is hard but worth it.
Food and service are worth every penny. The menu is clearly labeled for items that are or can be prepared gluten free. Serving staffing highly trained and knowledgeable.
