EXCELLENT CREW on 04/13 nightshift!
I have a gluten sensitivity and they went above and beyond to take care of my health. Thank you so much for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Much 💖 and 🫂!
they are always so kind about my gluten allergy. I love going to first watch and trying new things. their morning meditation juice is my absolute favorite. great spot for breakfast and lunch
Help keep these guys afloat during the Pandemic! They made a bright spot in my day! They're the only Indian restaurant that is willing to work with my food intolerances. They were able to suggest meals that could be made (gluten free) without garlic and onion. I seriously miss Indian food since I have been diagnosed with digestive disease and food intolerances. Thank you Swad!
Hamburgers are good size and they do offer gluten free buns. Bacon cheeseburger was really good. We were seated immediately but did wait a bit for server.
I love Thai food and normally go to the critically acclaimed Thai Taste on Crookshank. However, I wanted to take my husband somewhere nice and different so we came here. The appearance of the restaurant could use a little cleaning up; there are paper notifications kept under the glass of each table, which was odd. Also, the door hit me in the back on the way in because it swings shut quickly, so this needs to be fixed!
Thai Namtip has a few vegan and gluten-free options, as is to be expected, but they are not marked. Still, it was refreshing to see some options that were different. The waitress was extremely friendly and always had a smile on her face, which I loved! The food was delicious and hot and came out extremely quickly. The biggest issue I have with Thai Namtip was the proportions of its dishes. The meals were comparatively priced to Thai Taste, yet there was about 40-50% of the food. It came out in these bowls that were comparative to a salad bowl and that was all you got (excluding rice, but those proportions were halved as well). So while the food was delicious, it was also expensive given how little of it there was. For this reason alone, we probably won't come back.
I hope Thai Namtip will improve on these things. If they do, they would definitely be in the running for the best Thai restaurants in Cincinnati.
Great food for a special occasion! They were really great with my gluten allergy. The waiter double checked everything by the chef and even brought out my food separate from my boyfriend's to avoid cross-contamination. It made me feel really safe eating there!

This company is the best in town. The only pizza place that has not only has vegetarian options but has dairy and gluten free choices. I am allergic to both and this is the only company I will order from. Very friendly staff always willing yo help
Expect a unique ordering process with paper forms, a handy Doordash menu for visuals, and generous portions after a brief wait.

Another great gluten free option! Ordering was confusing at first. You have to go in and fill out a paper with your order. You can use the doordash menu on your phone to get better photos of options. After ordering there usually is a fifteen minute wait but the food is fresh and portions are worth the price.
