This restaurant is a gem!! We stumbled across this restaurant while looking for one that had gluten free options. The food is delicious and fresh. The restaurant and bathroom are clean and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would eat here again the next time we’re in Wilkes-Barre.
Not much of a selection for people who are vegetarian or gluten intolerant, but what they had was very good. They were generous with alcohol in the drinks.

Lovely place and food is excellent. The staff is so sweet and proud of their restaurant as they should be. They also accommodate well for people with gluten allergies but I would be careful if you have penut allergies because that food naturally has a lot peanuts involved.
This review is for their delivery only -- on-time, packaged perfectly, but more importantly their GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA (and Cauliflower crust) is the best I've ever had. I'm talking REAL crust, not that store-bought kind that comes in a metal tin. Vesuvio's is my new weekly go-to pizza place.

As a Cealic, it's extremely hard for me to find good gluten free options, let alone trust a restaurant that the food is safe to eat (if you know, you know).
Benny's brewing is one of the top places on my list when I'm looking to eat out. Not only is the menu completely labeled with gluten free options but the staff takes extra care to ensure the food is safe. Recently, my husband and I eloped and wanted to have a small family dinner to celebrate. Benny's so graciously allowed us to have this in their back room and Ben himself was so kind and caring for my dietary needs. He took his time to explain to me that he would do everything possible to make this dinner completely gluten free so I didn't have to worry. Him and his saff went above and beyond to ensure this night was special for us and I couldn't have asked for anything more.
Whether you are cealic or gluten sensitive- Benny's Brewing is where it's at. The food and staff are always top notch.
The cozy vibe here, paired with the best chai tea in the area, makes it a perfect spot to chill and unwind.

I absolutely love the atmosphere at Abide and their chai tea! It has to be the best that I’ve tasted in the region. The baristas are amazing and do a great job of making everyone feel welcome. P.S. I’m gluten free and Abide always has some sort of gluten free snack available. Love it!

These days it’s hard to find a decent restaurant with good service. The drinks, food and service were impeccable. Everything is super fresh, made that day! We had about 4 different people checking on us throughout dinner. Samantha (our server) was amazing! The martinis were delicious. They were very accommodating for gluten free options too. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice lunch. I was initially nervous about food allergies(celiac and seafood), but the server got me a specific menu and I haven’t had a reaction. Steak kabob was delicious and filet mignon was cooked nicely, but had some fat. 🧐 Server was friendly, but food took awhile to come out. Took awhile to ask for a straw and another drink. Understandable it was busy, but still, we didn’t have an hour and a half to sit to eat.
First time at this restaurant. Very very good Italian food. Excellent service. Wish I took some pictures, I would recommend this restaurant!
Update: 2nd visit proved that Buona Sera has consistent, excellent food and service. We where greeted promptly and seated. Our drink order was taken quickly and bread provided.
Appetizers included Clams Casino and Stuffed Mushrooms. Enough to share.
Dinners where Shrimp Scampi, Braised Pork shank, Sole stuffed with Crab stuffing and topped with shrimp, Shrimp Franchisee made gluten free! All where worthy of ordering again!
I'm gluten free and I liked the salmon. Friday's doesn't really have a specialty they're known for; the menu is huge which can be a bad thing. However they do a good job of calling out items that are lower calorie. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because nothing really blew me away.

We had a rehearsal dinner at the Cafe. The food was outstanding. My sister and I have to eat Gluten-free. Our separate cooked food was delicious and served separately from the buffet foods. Everyone from the owner, Jeff through to servers, bar staff, and cleanup were professional and a delight to work with. They respected my personal decorating and gave me plenty of time to do so. I would go there over and over again if I lived in that area.

I found this place by searching up “breakfast near me” and I couldn’t be happier to have gone! This is mine and my mom’s new favorite place! Amazing food, amazing pastries/desserts, AND so many different coffees and drinks such as lattes, chai, matchas, espresso beverages, many flavors, and other drinks as well! They also have non dairy milk which was amazing for us lactose intolerant people. They also have gluten free pizza crust! The food is so tasty and they have something for everyone! Pasta, sandwiches, salads, pizza, etc. The food just feels healthy and you feel good after eating. It is not too expensive as other healthy restaurants are. And food aside, the environment is amazing!! It is BEAUTIFUL inside!! It has an art deco environment with beautiful paintings, sculptures, plants, and beautiful architecture and columns. This place is so amazing. Definitely will be back!
