One of the only places in Brownsville with items marked as gluten free on the menu. I am severely gluten intolerant and I did not have a negative reaction to the food whatsoever! A rare find in this area. Great coffee, espresso, and lemonade. The person who served us was incredibly friendly and it didn’t take long at all. Price is fair and on par with businesses in its category.

Reliable fast food breakfast place. I have been going to IHOP since i was a kid and the roofline was a distinctive blue peak like those you would see in a Swiss mountain chalet. Food was normal as to be expected. Good service from bilingual servers who speak Spanish and English. Portions are reasonable but not above average like the old days when things were bigger but they sufficed. I had pancakes and eggs with bacon and coffee. My partners had gluten friendly ones with some blueberry topping and the other had a big omelette with hashbrowns. Everything was good but if you need big portions you will need to order extra sides. Place was relatively clean.
Arrive early for a clean vibe, enjoy good conversation, and appreciate the kid-friendly options while savoring a relaxed atmosphere.

I got there fairly early so the place was nice and clean. But even when it got busy, I was able to hold a conversation with my friend which I appreciated. Food was excellent as usual and I love that they have 2 kid options for those picky eaters. Both my friend and I have gluten sensitivity so we try to keep it down to a minimum. So it was a no Brainer to come here for gluten free noodles or just have the rice. Definitely will be coming back.
Excellent service. First time visiting Brownsville. I need a strict gluten free diet for medical reasons. Sous chef, Alan David, addressed my needs and created a special and safe meal for me that was sooo delicious! I highly recommend!! Thank you for taking such great care of me!
