As a vegan it is always an adventure when trying an establishment's dairy-free cheese for the first time. Aviator did not disappoint: the cheese had a great flavor and it had a nice, creamy consistency. Maybe it could have been a bit elastic/cheesy like, but the creaminess was nice. The family did unanimously like the sauce. My wife is also gluten free, so she tried the GF crust which, while not bad, was not the best. It was a thin crust and seemed to be pre-frozen. While it was passable, it was not as good as another locally-available option (Via 313).
A top-notch spot for a lively night out, featuring a fantastic atmosphere and attentive service that caters to every need.

First time eating here. Best pizza we have had in a very long time! The Spaghetti and meatballs were delicious as well, and the bread that came with the meal was amazing! Service was great! Atmosphere was nice, nothing fancy, but very relaxing. Can’t wait to try more of thei items on their menu!
They also have gluten free crust and pasta!

Pizza these days is a rare treat for me, between the Gluten, the cheese and the calories hahahah but….
When I do indulge, I want it to be good quality and romance my taste buds.
I’m also one of those people that orderes a baseline at each new restaurant. And for pizza that is a standard pepperoni 🍕 no frills. Plus foodie Joe hyped up their pepperoni so I had to anyway.
Now to the pizza: I had forgotten what pizza sauce should taste like because within one bite I knew this was homemade and not canned. The crust was not too thick and not too thin and if I were pushed to nit pick, the only thing that could have been a bit better or crispier. The pepperoni was very good quality and like Joe said, actually tastes like pepperoni and the cheese was perfectly melted.
On top of that it was very reasonably priced and the little restaurant was super cute (note: soft drinks only)
They obviously do take out and they deliver. This place is owned by a local couple who have fed Kyle with delicious Kyle Pizza Co. for many years.
Service was very friendly and attentive and gave that small town neighborly feel.
Known for its excellent service and a clean atmosphere, this spot wins hearts with quality offerings and a standout crust.

My family have been a costumer at marcos pizza in kyle for a while and we are gluten free and my mom is very sentitive to gluten and never once had a cross contamination with the flour and other thing they make my whole family love the salads the wings and the pizza there gluten free crust is better then dominos and pizza hut combined overall great costumer service and the new management is amazing very nice workers store is clean form what I see when I come in an order overall they deserve 5 stars 🥇👍
Had an order for dine in this evening. Gluten free, a calzone, and a medium pizza. All were excellent. Good service and a great neighborhood atmosphere.

What a gem! We tried it out and had to go back two days later because we loved it so much. Both times, we were impressed by the food and the friendly service. Definitely worth checking out! My wife loves the corn tortillas since she’s gluten sensitive — they taste homemade. Not sure if they’re truly gluten free, but definitely worth it!
Awesome food and service... Happened upon this place passing through Kyle, TX. Took a chance based on the recent reviews. They were right. I ordered the plate of the week making sure everything was made with corn tortillas. The waiter came back after a few minutes to inform me that I may want to order something else because the sauces used in the enchiladas used flour (gluten allergy). The owner/manager also stopped by our table a few times to check on us and make sure things turned out well.
Their attention to details.. Awesome... Atmosphere...awesome... Chips and salsa... Awesome... Stop by Garcia's... They are awesome!

Koy is our favorite spot in Kyle. Their sushi is amazing. My daughter loves the New California roll and I had the King Dragon roll. Their garden salad is fantastic as well. Highly recommend. They also can make meals gluten free. We got the beef and broccoli with a chicken broth based sauce and gluten free soy sauce.
