Gluten free buns, Individually wrapped and they will put your sandwich items.Weathered a beef fish or a hamburger in the box and you can place it on your freshly.Opened delicious gluten free bun. This is the only restaurant that I know of that carries gluten-free buns.If I'm wrong please correct me as I have family members who need this particular Item. Food was hot service was great. And don't forget about the lemon ice.Oh my goodness with raspberries or your favorite fruit on top.It doesn't get much better than this.
If you judge by outside looks, you might not come in, but if you do, you will be in for a very special treat. The staff were extremely helpful. My wife is gluten free and they get it! She had the Banana praline French toast. I wish I had taken a pic because it was a work of art! I had the meat lovers omelet and that was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our server, Kaden was extremely attentive. I highly recommend you give this a try!
What a hidden gem this place is! A clean, charming, 90s style restaurant with booths and Tiffany’s lamps. Jennifer was a wonderful server and informed us that the pepperoni was local from Iron River. We all got different 9” pieces and they were SO GOOD; the pepperoni was the favorite. I loved that it was local and didn’t seem to have any dye! We have loved take out in the past, but plan on dining in whenever we can! Gluten free crust is available. And just a note: bring cash or debit card for the ATM!

I got the gluten free pizza delivered. The sausage I believe is homemade and their sauce is delicious. Even the gluten free crust was good. So grateful to find this place while traveling through the area!
We were very lucky to have found this place on Google after a long day of travel to the area last friday! I called in advance to see if there was a wait for a table for five and they said there shouldn't be a wait, and when we showed up they had graciously moved two tables together for when we walked in! The staff were kind and the chef was very accommodating to my many food allergies, I really appreciated him coming out to ask the severity of my gluten allergy. I've never had a place ask! The food came out hot, delicious and was our best meal on the North shore over the weekend! My husband had a pulled pork sandwich and I had an incredible burger!! I don't leave reviews often, but they deserve another 5 star rating. Thanks again!
We always get the gluten free pizza crust, it's excellent! And there haven't been any reactions.

The worst Chinese food in Superior and the Twin Ports. They overload their food with MSG and half of the dishes on the menu are artificially flavored. Their food hasn’t been good and I gave them multiple tries. I heard they had rats and didn’t use gloves when preparing both meats and vegetables. I would not trust them with my health nor tastebuds again. My children and my husband previously found hairs in our rice including plastic. I don’t recommend ANYBODY to go here. New china is where I had a great experience. They have many MSG free dishes and gluten-free, very calm atmosphere.
This is a great place for coffee. I need to be both gluten and dairy free. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating to my dietary needs. Food is made fresh, and is delicious.

Josh was our chef & his skill at the grill with our prime rib and ribeye was worth finding this unassuming yet splendid restaurant!
If you haven't eaten at Eddie's, you haven't had steak in the Duluth/ Superior area. Make this stop a priority the next time you're around. Will definitely be going back! Gluten-free sides and salad available. No reactions and I'm ceiliac. Had prime rib, side salad, baked potato and a coke. What makes this an important review, besides safety for gluten free is that my prime rib was ordered well done. It came out juicy and tender and cooked to perfection. Our server was Janie - kind & knowledgeable. Stop in and get an epic prime rib! Hubbies ribeye was "on par with the finest steakhouses I've eaten at."
Empower Superior Nutrition is by far the best in the Midwest!! I’ve been to a handful of different nutrition clubs and this one is by far my favorite. It’s super cute, cozy and very welcoming! They’re really helpful and well educated on all things Herbalife! My favorite is a Beauty and Beast mega tea, with a dairy and gluten free Sugar Cookie. They have a huge menu, filled with 54 shake flavors, a wide range of tea flavors as well! They even have special flavors for each month and during the week as well. They bring so much good to the community, there is something for everyone. I highly recommend them 🤩
Superior's Best for 2024. The Havana's Cubanos are OUTSTANDING!!! If you haven't tried one yet- you are seriously missing out! The Pork Tacos are also exceptional and GLUTEN FRIENDLY!!! Cuban Mojo Slaw is fantastic!
