I just started working at 15 Walnut as a hostess and server, and I already know I'm going to love it here. All of the current employees have been extremely helpful and welcoming, and the group dynamic is a supportive one. My manager is friendly, laid back and approachable, and she has put me at ease about my transition into this new job. As for the food, the style is classic American with a modern twist. The presentation is clean and beautiful, and everything that I've tasted so far has been delicious. My current favorite is the roasted beet salad topped with grilled shrimp. The menu has plenty of options that accommodate my gluten free diet, which is definitely a plus. I would recommend 15 Walnut for anyone looking for a dining experience that is warm and welcoming while still maintaining an upscale feel.
