I was given a gift card to 95 Nutrition for my birthday. What a great idea! The meals are delicious, and portion controlled which helps me to stay on my weight loss plan. They are much more affordable than the prepared foods at the local grocery store. The nutritional information is on each package and there are gluten free options. I may never cook again!
