Our family of eight—plus one excited dog—moored our boat right next to the Acle Bridge Inn during our Norfolk Broads holiday, and what a find it was! With the Farage "festivities" still fresh in our minds, we were understandably a bit apprehensive as a big brown-skinned bunch stepping into a British pub. But any lingering worries were swiftly swept away by the young and lively staff who not only got us a table at short notice but did so with genuine warmth and smiles.
The food was top-notch standard gastronomy pub fare- hearty portions that left us happily stuffed, with a good range of options to suit even our gluten-free family members. The views from the outside tables by the canal were the cherry on top—simply lovely, adding a peaceful ambiance to our meal.
All in all, the Acle Bridge Inn delivered a fantastic pub lunch experience, with welcoming service, great food, and a perfect spot for boaters. Highly recommended for families, dogs, and anyone who enjoys good food with a side of scenic tranquility.
