Tasty, professional, honest.
If you could describe a restaurant like "Al Miele" in 3 words I would definitely use these.
I went to this restaurant for dinner for the first time, driven by the need to find gluten-free cuisine for my wife.
The professionalism of the staff regarding food intolerances and especially celiac disease is commendable.
The presence of a gluten intolerant guest was clearly communicated in the kitchen and any waiter who served us was informed and "trained" to take the necessary precautions and give all the answers on the characteristics of the dishes.
The menu is excellent, we ordered two starters, two first courses and two desserts and we were served abundant dishes with fresh and delicious ingredients.
Note of merit to the seafood ravioli in stew, a particular recipe that may seem like a tourist variant of the classic Culurgiones Ogliastrino. It turned out to be an excellent dish: balanced, tasty and original... Congratulations to the Chef!.
Very honest prices both by virtue of the ingredients treated and the very elegant location.
Perfect service and impeccable staff.
Absolutely recommended.
N.B
It is the practice of many restaurants to charge a supplement for Gluten Free dishes. Not only was NO price increase for the gluten-free pasta included in our bill, but we were also served accompanying gluten-free bread during the meal, as well as receiving a rounding up on the final bill!
This too is professionalism.
