Albion

The staff are always helpful and polite, the pub has a good atmosphere and many events throughout the year. Our only suggestion for improvement is the vegan options. There is only one vegan option, which is wheat/gluten free, and there needs to be more than one choice. We visit the Albion on average 2-3 times a month and I have to have the same vegan GF option each time. Thankfully its tasty and I like it, but I would love to have a choice. A burger perhaps on a GF vegan bun. So many other places can do this now. Overall, we like the Albion.

My meal a mega mixed grill came out cold sent back. My wife’s gluten free curry came out with naan bread on top of her meal, Removed same and checked with server if rest was G/F told yes y wife ate her meal and finished before mine arrived. My meal came out after 20 mins later it was hot but I’d asked for medium rare came well done I ate the meal but was not happy Told barman when I paid.
