In all honesty, the dough is proofed brilliantly and the texture is airy, light yet flavorful. The bake is perfect with a crunchy thin crust, and soft pillowy bread inside. The flavor profile is ingenious with quarters and halves of artichoke throughout the bread. Ask if you want it warmed. They sell half-baked too. While you’re there buy a dipping oil too to go along with it. You’re truly welcome 😇
